Y/n's pov:

Finally, you were able to tell someone about your past. It felt good to share it with the woman you loved. Dami still held you close as you cried on her shoulder.

"So you have fake teeth and a metal plate in your head?" Dami asked after she had pulled back.

"Yes, It's kind of annoying when I have to go through security checks but I learned to live with it." You replied and brushed the last tears away from your face.

"Thank god Siyeon doesn't know about it otherwise she will think you are a cyborg." Your girlfriend pointed out and smiled a little to cheer you up.

"Yeah, she will think I'm some kind of a superhero." You chuckled.

Dami looked deep into your eyes and the expression on her face changed.

"You are a superhero." She said and there was no doubt that she wasn't serious but still, you couldn't believe her.

"And what would be my superpower? Crying in pain because of my headaches?" You replied.

"Kindness." Dami simply said.

"No, I'm not a really kind person." You disagreed.

"You are to me and Siyeon and that is what counts. I never saw you judge a person and I never heard you talk bad about anyone unless they did something wrong. You always see the best in people and once you trust them you let your guard down. Behind your shield, you are the kindest person I know." Your girlfriend smiled.

You replied nothing and just nodded. Dami grabbed your face and pulled you closer. Her lips touched yours and before you knew it you were making out with her. After a while, you pulled back just to witness the red cheeks of your girlfriend. Her brown eyes looked back at you and for a moment you could see your future in them.

"I will marry you one day." You promised to yourself.

Dami softly pushed you into a laying position and started to gently suck on the skin of you neck. It would for sure leave a hickey but you didn't care as she continued. You closed your eyes and enjoyed the lips of your girlfriend on your skin. After a while, Dami pulled back just to grab your shirt and take it off while you helped her a little. She threw the piece of clothing over her shoulder and her gaze wandered all over your exposed upper body and stopped by the tattoo on your ribs. Her fingers gently brushed along the lines. Something in her eyes changed as she leaned down to kiss you. For a moment you thought that you saw fear in them. The kissing continued as you let your hands rest on her waist. Suddenly your lips parted again and Dami placed wet kisses along your jaw.

When her mouth reached your ear she whispered: "Take off my shirt, baby."

"Are you sure?" Of course, you were surprised.

This would be the first time she showed you her scars. After so long she finally didn't want to hide them anymore but still, you wanted to make her feel comfortable so you pushed her back softly.

"There is no need for you to do this." You said as both of you sat up.

She was still sitting on your lap while avoiding eye contact. Your hand automatically reached out for her face and you made her look at you. Her brown eyes gazed into yours and you couldn't unsee the fear in them.

"We can leave it on as al-" You wanted to assure her that it was fine to leave the shirt on.

"You trusted me with your past and I trust you with this." Dami interrupted you as she pointed to her upper body.

"But you are scared." You replied.

"I am but I want you to see. I want you to understand how much I love you but I'm scared how you will react. Maybe you will be disgusted." Your girlfriend explained while a few tears rolled down her cheeks.
