I can't really workout because I lose motivation, I water fast but I fail, I can't fast or really eat healthy because I don't really get to choose what I want to eat and if I say I'm trying to eat healthier my dad would get mad. What can I do to lose weight and quickly? Please comment and tell me if y'all know anything that might be easy
