Y/n POV

I just woke up and leaned over to see a unfamiliar body next to mine. I looked over and saw Austin as last nights events came rushing too me. The last 2 and a half weeks kendall and I's fling has been over. She's dating bad bunny now and I'm single. I was the one to cut it off. Ever since my party the fact that we had good sexual chemistry just wasn't worth it anymore along with the fact that I'm currently doing promo for my album that is coming out soon I figured I'd just end it. Zac checked up on me since Kendall made it a big deal with flaunting around her new boyfriend but I told him I was fine and she was just a rebound. In other news since I'm close to being done with my album like I mentioned earlier I've been crazy busy with all the promo going on. Which leads me as to how I met Austin last night at a party. I never met Austin before so I'm assuming drunk me figured that it wouldn't hurt to have a one night stand....clearly he didn't get the message if he's still here. I slowly got out of bed and got ready for the day.

I found my phone dead and placed it on the charger as I continued to get ready. Once I was in some jeans and a tshirt I check my phone too see I had 26 missed calls from my manager Harmony.

I peaked over my shoulder to see Austin still asleep as I called Harmony back and headed down stairs because I know I'm gonna get an earful.

"Y/n are you out of your mind? This is not you. You aren't a one night stand type of girl, I just dealt with the whole Kendall mess and now this, kid you're killing me" she said as I rolled my eyes but I know she was coming from a good place however I'd never admit that

"Yeah well it was just one time I'm young let me live a long " I said as she sighed, I know I shouldn't of said that

"Y/n I know this whole Taylor thing is getting to you and you're trying to move on but you have to do it gracefully. Luckily the paps weren't able to find where you guys went so I'll stage a something for later today I talked to his team and they agreed so a party so invite Gigi and whoever else you can think of tonight. I've hired some randoms that will play you and Austin's mutual friends." Harmony said as I rolled my eyes. I've never had to deal with being a celebrity with out Taylor there. We met shortly after I began my career and dated in private for 3 years before we came out as a couple. She was always so good at helping me cope with fame and all that comes with it. Sometimes I wish I wasn't under a microscope all the time and Taylor made me realize it didn't matter what was being said because when I was with her nothing else mattered. I don't have that safety blanket anymore so this is something I'm dealing with

"I'll let him know" I said before hanging up.

" Morning" Austin said and I couldn't help but feel slightly attracted to him but it's definitely just based on his looks. His blonde hair and blue eyes reminded me of the ones I once adored,I don't think he's my type personality wise but the looks category he definitely passed.

"Hey I didn't know if you had to go anywhere so I didn't prepare any breakfast but I do have coffee if you'd like some" I offered as he nodded as him blue eyes gleamed with excitement however they weren't the ones I've found myself getting lost in.

"I don't know if you heard but apparently my team wants to setup a stunt and it was cleared by your team. Just to pass us off as friends because I can't have a one night stand with my kind of reputation.I'm really sorry to drag you into this" I apologized as he shook his head

"Y/n it's okay, really" he said as i eyed him and could tell he's being genuine. A light sense of awkwardness filled the room as the the only noise that echoed in silence was from the coffee maker that's dripping the new batch into the coffee pot.
