Tyler fell fast asleep like a rock; Luis, on the other hand, couldn't sleep because he was too happy to sleep.

"Good morning, sleepyhead!" exclaimed Luis. He was sitting in front of the computer, as he usually did.

Tyler replied with a yawn, "Good morning." "What are you doing?"

"I'm trying to figure out what I can do to keep Ramzis here during the day," explained Luis. "But I haven't found anything yet."

"Bummer," said Tyler.

Tyler took a deep breath with his eyes closed.

Suddenly, he remembered two friends who had been abducted by aliens.

Tyler exclaimed:

"Darn, I forgot!"

"What did you forget?" Luis asked, perplexed.

"My friends were abducted by aliens yesterday." "I was going to ask Ramzis for help, but I forgot," Tyler replied.

"Your friends were in an abandoned lot nearby yesterday, right?" Luis questioned.

"Yes." "How do you know?" Tyler asked.

"I saw them yesterday when I was coming home." "They were putting a dog in a black car with tinted windows, and they tried to take me too," Luis explained. "But Ramzis saved me."

"What are we going to do?" Tyler asked, frustrated. "They need help!"

At that moment, they were interrupted by Luis' mother, who opened the door to the room.

"What's the miracle?" She asked, surprised to see her son awake so early in the morning.

"Hey?" said Luis, perplexed.

"You're awake early," she said. "Can you tell me why?"

Luis swallowed his saliva and searched for a plausible reason for his change in behavior.

"Last night, a stray cat showed up," Luis explained. "He doesn't have a home or a place to stay; can I keep him?"

"If you promise to clean up all the mess afterwards, it's okay," she replied.

"I promise," said Luis, relieved to know he could keep the cat.

She noticed the cat lounging on the carpet.

"Avoid letting him on the bed," she said. "I'll buy bathing supplies and a bed for him to sleep on."

"Okay," Luis agreed, unable to hide his excitement.

She put away the clothes in the closet and left, leaving Luis and Tyler alone and happy.

"I told them they would accept!" exclaimed Luis.

"I have no words to describe how I'm feeling," said Tyler. "Thank you, man!"

"No problem." "Welcome to the family," said Luis, smiling.

The cat hugged him, and Luis hugged back.

"But what about the others?" "What are we going to do to help them?" Tyler asked. "We can't just sit around doing nothing!"

"That's true," Luis agreed. "Even though we don't know where they are, the location must be well guarded." "It won't be easy."

"Now what?" Tyler asked, a little impatient.

"I can call my friends," Luis said confidently. "And tell them the whole truth, that there's a bunch of aliens stealing all the dogs and cats in Destin, and now we need to come up with a plan to locate their spaceship and save them."

"That's it!" Tyler agreed, amazed by his friend's boldness.

"And I know who can help us." "I have no doubt they'll agree to join this adventure," Luis said, with a smile on his face.
