Apperently somehow Latil had managed to convinced the butler to let her go out for an undercover walk? You weren't really sure what she had in mind but she said she wanted to take a look at the two other consorts that none of you had much information on. Carlein and Tasir didn't have much information about them on paper except for the basic things like their status in society, where they live, when they were born and such. It's like a birth certificate if you will that piece of proposal paper.

Latil had asked Sir Sonnaught to accompany her to go out today, when she asked him yesterday after he brought you to your room. You decided to tag along wanting some fresh air and change of scenery.

The market street was bustling with people shopping, buying and haggling prices at different stalls. Children were running around chasing after each other and people chatting away happily. It was really lively. You looked around the town, eyes wide and sparkling taking in the sights while walking beside your brother in some casual clothes. You never were one for fancy dresses even at the palace but seeing as you needed to go out undercover you decided to wear even more modest clothes than usual. It could be passed off as one from a low ranking noble family.

Latil was wearing a bright baby blue dress with white ribbons and a matching blue headband in her hair. She seemed to be enjoying herself a lot. The two of you followed her. You noticed that she suddenly started giggling to herself probably remembering the butler's protests to her going out undercover. You understood his concerns since she is the ruler of this place but you knew that the butler couldn't really go against Latil's words. The town was quite normal despite the affects of the aftermath of the battle for the throne a few months ago.

"Which way is Hotel Grandier?" Latil turned her head to ask Sir Sonnaught.

"Do you wish to heir of the trading company first?" Sir Sonnaught inquired. "I will lead the way." With that you both followed your brother while you were lost in thought looking around at the scenery.

Hotel Grandier true to its name was very grand. You could see why even the nobles think twice of staying here since the price of a room for a night costs an arm and a leg. The interior decoration really is worth the walk. You were gawking at how extravagant the furniture in the hotel was. It really stood up to its reputation. Despite the high prices there were plenty of people loitering around inside the hotel going about their day.

Latil lead you to a waiting place and the sight made your jaw drop. There was a freaking fountain smack dab in the middle of the place. Was it necessary? No. Is it impressive though? Yes. Yes it indeed is. You hear your brother chuckle and your reaction to the sight of the small fountain which made you flush embarrassed.

Latil sat down at one of the many couches prepared there. You followed her lead and sat beside her while your brother stayed standing. There was a magazine rack beside you and you grabbed a random magazine and started reading to pass the time. Latil seemed to have had the same idea and picked a magazine that had her face on it. The headline was something along the lines of Latil having a harem. Seems like it's still is hot news around here.

Your magazine was about plants and flowers. You were currently reading about flower meanings.

Carnation. Fascination. Love. Distinction. A pink carnation means affection, while a red carnation means ‘I love you.’ Striped carnations means regret that a love is not shared, while white carnations mean pure love, and yellow means rejection or disappointment.

Hydrangea. The always stunning hydrangea symbolises gratitude for being understood. They represent anything that is sincerely heartfelt and so perfectly represent that feeling of gratitude. Blue hydrangeas are the most closely linked to the meaning of gratitude, while pink is said to mean sincere emotion and true feelings.
