another year went by
as usual i got off work and as i walk down the office i saw a new café
the vibrancy of it, i could feel it here.
"what's wrong ethan? " an old lady spoke
i smiled, "nana how about we go get snacks? "
nana witnessed jake and mines love story and he is still with me even though she is at her 50s
"where? " she asks
"there's a coffee shop at the other side i think it's new" i said
"ok let's go, let's just walk" she suggested
i protested, "nana you're now weak remember? let's just go ride the van".
"nonsince, who are you calling weak? look at this muscles" she said as she showed off her arm muscles being jiggly now
i giggled, "ok ok promise me to hold my arm as support ok? "
she sighed "ok let's just go"
i giggled as i signaled the driver to just meet as there
as we walked infront of a pedestrian lane, it was still red and we chit chat a bit
i learned so much things in just a minute
traffic wasn't so bad after all
"look at that butterfly " she pointed in awes
i followed it at it flew across the lane
it landed into someones hands
as he smiled at the butterfly that landed in his hand
it was crowdy as people was also waiting for the green sign
the crowd slowly revealed the person
my smile dropped slowly
and i was met by the most beautiful familiar eyes ever
he looked at me with those smiley eyes as my world stopped
it was like we were the only ones in this world
a tear crept in my confusion
as our gaze was lost again in the midst of the crowds
i was struggling to look again for those eyes
the light turned green and as we crossed and the other side crossed
"ethan are you ok? " nana asked again as she noticed me being lost
there he was again, laughing with someone
his hair was kinda long and the color was kinda ash brown, he wore a long brown coat on top of a black trousers and and a semi cropped top black shirt
he was carrying a cute small golden retriever.
he was so beautiful
among the crowd he was outstanding
as we crossed there's this eyes again met by mine as he smiled at me
"love? "
