Best build:
Gadget: Roundhouse Kick
0.5 sec stun in short radius.
THIS is the gadget you want to use. Other one is still horrible.
It has many uses, such as interrupting other brawlers that involve flinging themselves with super (examples include Buzz and Collette). You have to train your reaction time though.
You can also use it it the combo attack-gadget-attack. Doing this negates his attack cooldown so you can unload damage faster.
Star power: Divine Soles
Every 3 secs, he gets a shield that negates next 500 damage he takes.
Useful. -500 = more survivability :D. Also excellent star power against high dps single-shotters.
Gears: damage and shield/health
Health is also good because he is a tank! Speed can also be used on certain maps.
Main Attack: Wu shoe
Short range (similar to primo), 2100 dmg max
Can wallclip 2 tiles.
If he doesn't hit anything, shoe flies off, 525 dmg max lvl.
4 hits to charge super.
Slight cool-down after each attack.
Super: haha zoom zoom
Charges in 4 hits. When used, he zooms at super speed to the person you target, dealing 1500 dmg at max. Will chain 4 ppl at max. Chaining recharges super, but you will not get it back instantly unless you are using fresh kicks. It is quite fast, so use it to assassinate enemies/ run away.
I suggest watching Terry!'s vids if u want to go in depth about fang chaining. Go search him on yt.
Special skills: quick maths, reaction time, decent predictions
Counters and how to not die
Tanks because you can't S-A-G-A KO them. And also anything that escapes your super.

How to team:
Tanks are friends! Tanks team together in general.
It's extremely easy for you to kill people with 5700 or lower hp, so backstabbing is perfectly viable.
Best maps:
Skull Creek/Rockwall brawl, Double Trouble, tank maps, Scorched stone
