Time passed by. The sun is now setting as the two pillars approach a small village inside a forest. This place would be the perfect place for a demon to strike, as now the pair is waiting on a tree branch, unseen to anyone, but can see everything. Sanemi asks quietly yet rashly, "Where do you think the demon will attack first?" Giyuu simply replies, "The furthest house, the one to the east." Sanemi leans his head in order to see the house. "I see it." He says before turning his head around, which is right in front of Giyuus face. Their noses brush, and their lips are hovering right on top of the others. "You idiot Move!!!" Sanemi whispers with a hint of frustration. Giyuu simply stares before turning his head away, his face laced with a blush that he hoped Sanemi didn't see. Thankfully, his hopes were right, as Sanemi was too focused on hiding his own blushing face from Giyuu.
A short amount of time passed, when suddenly, there is a rustling near the house Giyuu pointed out. The two males quickly rush over, their hands on their katana handles, ready to strike. Sanemi motions to Giyuu to investigate further, and Giyuu nods and slowly creeps forward, when he is suddenly knocked off his feet when a demon lunges at him and throws him into a nearby tree. Sanemi quickly rushes towards the demon, unsheathing his nichirin blade, ready to strike. "Wind breathing, 9th form, Itaden Typhoon!" Sanemi yells as he motions his body above the demon, unleashing circular slashes downwards. The demon screams and backs away. Giyuu also got hit, but luckily only has a few cuts on his face. The pair stands by the tree, as the demons arm begins to regenerate. The demon looks up at them, it's pink skin, heart shaped irises, and revealing outfit a bad choice for sneaking around. "Just who do you think you are?!?! Stupid demon slayers!" The demons shouts, now angry. "We're your end you stupid bitch. Now come on and fight like a real demon!" Sanemi shouts with a menacing smile on his face.
