•Chapter 16-The Hot Springs•

Once the hashiras arrived at their vacation spot, they realized that they were visiting a private hot spring resort with hotel rooms already booked for them. Shinobu and Mitsuri went to the girls area while the rest of the hashiras stayed in the boys area and began to get ready to relax. Once they all got in, Rengoku and Tengen began to chit chat and splash each other, while Gyomei and Muichiro stat underneath a big tree, trying to achieve peace. However, Obanai was sitting suspiciously by a bamboo wall separating the boys from the girls areas. "Psst! Iguro-San! You have to tell us if they do anything? Okay?" Came a cheery voice behind the wall. "I know Kanroji-San, I'll keep watch. Just asked Kocho if I should intervene at any point." Obanai responded, Kaburamaru(his snake) already looking at Sanemi and Giyuu, who have sat down next to each other in a secluded area of the hot springs. "I'm right here you know, it's not hard to talk to me directly!" Shinobu said, a hint of anger in her voice. "Sorry Kocho, just tell me what I should do okay?!" Obanai responded. "Yes Yes we will! Just keep watch!" Mitsuri said. Across the hot springs, Giyuu and Sanemi were just chilling out in silence, staring at the water. It seemed the aura around the two was tense, and there was seemingly no explanation as to why. Giyuu, feeling like the talk in the Transport about the two of them made Sanemi regret his choices over the past few days, was trying to think of something he could do in order to lift Sanemis spirits. Sanemi, on the other hand, was only pondering a big decision. Sure, he had banged Giyuu like twice by now, but did he REALLY like Giyuu? Or was this just something that he only did because he liked Giyuu in bed. Sure, he had romantic attraction towards him, and he literally got jealous over him, but that doesn't mean anything if the other person doesn't feel the same. Of course, Sanemi only believed Giyuu was only agreeing to keep staying by Sanemi because he helped him with his...urges...that one time. Meanwhile, with Giyuu, he'd found the perfect solution. He just needed to build up the courage to do it. Sanemi, now pondering another question of if he should ask Giyuu to be his boyfriend. After all, neither of the two of them had asked each other this yet, and as much as he hated to say it, it worried him, the fact that Giyuu might not really like him the same. Suddenly, he felt his upper body being turned around. Suddenly, he was facing Giyuu. Their eyes locked, for once they started into the others depths of their souls, their blue and lavender eyes widening slightly, feeling an actual connection for the first time. Suddenly, Sanemi felt a head lay on his chest. Giyuu had leaned his head on Sanemi, wrapping his arms around Sanemis neck. "I'm sorry if I've been a nuisance to you..." Giyuu mumbled between a sob he was trying hard not to release. "A nuisance...? Giyuu You're not a nuisance to me...I was actually gonna ask if you didn't like me for real..." Sanemi replied, his voice unusually shocked as he held Giyuu closer. Giyuu suddenly had tears rolling down his face. "I-I just thought that you maybe didn't want to hang out with me anymore because of the talk with the others..." Giyuu said, choking and sniffling over some of his words. "Giyuu...no. I don't think that at all. I was just wondering something, that's all." Sanemi said, stroking Giyuus hair in an attempt to calm him down. "Don't be sad, for me please?" Giyuu looked up at Sanemi, where his expression seemed like he genuinely meant what he said. "Y-you mean it?" Giyuu asked. "Of course, why wouldn't I?" Sanemi said, wiping off Giyuus tears before hugging him tight again and nuzzling his hair. Sanemi decided this wasn't a good time to ask of Giyuu would be his boyfriend. He already sorta knew the answer to that question anyways. Giyuu closed his eyes and buried himself in Sanemis arms. Meanwhile, the rest of the hashiras we're just kinda staring at them, super confused on what's happening. "Guys, code "they just had a cute moment"...!" Obanai said through gritted teeth. "Really?!?!? Hold on lemme peek!" Mitsuri said, looking through a gap between the bamboo. "Awwww! Shinobu-Chan you have to see this!!!" Mitsuri giggled and moved out of the way so Shinobu could see. "Oh my gosh guys the plan is in motion I repeat the plan is in motionnnn!" Shinobu squealed. "I wanna be an auntie!!!" Mitsuri exclaimed. "I...don't think that's how that works Kanroji-San." Obanai replied. "What? Don't they just have to kiss before bed every single night and in a couple of years a stork will give them a baby?" Mitsuri asked. "Kanroji-san...no..." Is all Shinobu Said. Mitsuri made a Noise of disappointment. "Awh man..." Is all she said afterwards. After a little bit, they headed inside to see the assignments for their rooms.
