Royal Problem

Solaris adjusted her golden inhibitor rings back onto her wrist after she had gotten her sleeveless white dress on with a silver pattern of that of ashes at the bottom, a black tattoo that is in the shape of flaming wings on her back, an orangish-reddish gemstone was stuck onto her forehead, she looked out the window to see Mephiles leaving the castle grounds, a smile formed on her muzzle she didn't have anything against her sons leaving the safety of the castle, to hangout with the citizens, if anyone it helps the royal family keep up the bond with the citizens the island.

"Good morning Princess" Solaris greeted Sally who had shifted her attention to the Queen.

"Yes Good Morning" Sally smiled.

"Is something wrong Sally?"

Sally only looks away as she fumbles with her cyan bracelets, the chipmunk can tell that Shadow wasn't really trying with the this relationship, though she can understand that stuff like this can take time but she can just see that the darker prince was avoiding her only when they were talking to her parents or in public was when he would act loving towards her, though she had been trying her best to get close to Shadow and show him that she actually liked him.

Solaris only lets out a small sigh as she can tell that it had something to do with her Son, Shadow. She placed a hand on her shoulder, "Don't beat yourself up over this Sally, this stuff takes time, I'm sure Shadow would see just how wonderful you are"

Sally looked at her, "You think so? I mean I want what's best for both kingdoms" she admits, of course they didn't really have a problem with both kingdoms it's the fact to keep Mobius a rather peaceful place. For both Humans and Mobians.

"I know so, now come on we have a lot to do this morning"

Sally only nodded as she followed the Queen out of the dining hall, with the Acorns being new to Crisis Island and Sally being apart of the royal family, it was about time that the prince and princess show some gratitude to the citizens of town that the castle is located in. After all it was to get the citizens familiar with the island and some of the changes that might need to be done when Shadow took over as king.

Shadow dusts off his suits and adjust his golden inhibitor rings on his wrists that helped control his unstable chaos powers, he lets out a small sigh, as he looked at the painting he got from Sonic, he was doing all of this for him, nothing else matters than that blue hedgehog.

When he was out in the hallway he saw the servants already cleaning up his twin brother's sleeping quarters, which only mad a small growl escaped his throat at the thought of what his brother was doing with his mate, at this time of the day. He'll just have to up his game tonight with Sonic, that is if Sally didn't want to go on a date...knowing her and the sake of the citizens he couldn't say no to her.

Sally links her arm around Shadow, with a small smile on her muzzle, as the hedgehog only kept his serious expression, he was only doing this for the sake of his kingdom, as well as his parents.

When they got into the carriage, Sally was first to speak.

"So Shadow, I was thinking that he we had a date out in the garden?" Sally suggested. "Or at the park, we can wear normal clothes it will be like a normal date"

"Sure, we can do that" Shadow agreed, though he didn't want to since he had plans of doing that with Sonic, maybe they can be able to finally go further, he only pushes those thoughts to the back of his mind.

"Great, So Tonight them" Sally smiled, "I can't wait."

Shadow only only glared at her, so much for spending time with Sonic tonight, he lets out a small sigh. He just needed to focus of his kingdom, after all he had a full month before Sonic returns home, his only issue is the media. He'll just have to keep the kissing a secret, after all Sally is his fiancé and she is wearing a ring to show it.
