"Hui Ying.." He said. He can't just pretend to love me if he's drunk.

The next day
I woke up with a Zixuan next to me.
He sat calmly next to me, brewing tea.
"Good morning Hui Ying. Are you ready to try co-cultivation?" He said.
"Co-cultivation?"
"You wanted to grow stronger right? This could be a good start for the new year. Only if you're willing."
"Okay." Then soldiers came to my room.
"Your Highness, demons and devils are attacking the border again! The are suspecting that the Devil God is here." Shoot. Shoot, shoot shoot. Would they know?
"Devil God? That is impossible. I sat the whole time with Hui Ying. She can't be the Devil God." Phew. Zixuan protected me.
"I do believe that. But it is the emperor's report. Everybody of every sect needs to go to his meeting hall immediatly. If not, they would be killed for suspection."
Shoot. One thing I know for sure, that I am in great danger right now.
We arrived. And there were alot of people there. Too much. Even Li Jie. He came towards us.
"Brother, did you also come?" Zixuan asked.
"Yes, otherwise I would be killed."
"But you are the God of War, who would kill you? It's better if you stay out of here." Zixuan tries to protect me from Li Jie. He's really nice.
"There is no need, or do you want to hide somebody from me?" Is he suspecting me?
"No, no. I am just warning you."
The meeting started, and the Heavenly emperor came towards everybody.
"This is the Ancient dragon, made by the God of War from 10,000 years ago. This dragon is especially made to detect devils, demons and the worst: The Devil God. So you better not run away, because you are then seeking your own death." Everywhere where soldiers. I cannot escape here.
Zixuan holded me behind him.
He started whispering. "Hui Ying, don't be scared. It won't come near you." Well, I hope so.
The dragon started sniffing around. And he captured a demon. Phew, now we'll hope he won't kill me.
The dragon already killed 5 demons. Then he came towards me. I closed my eyes. I guess this will be my end...
But Zixuan opened his sword and slayed the dragon.
"Zixuan! What are you doing! How could you!" The emperor was mad.
"Sorry Your Majesty. I was scared."
"Well, since the dragon is dead, the meeting is over. And Zixuan, come with me. And you, come also with me." He pointed towards me.
"Hui Ying, what did you do?" Li Jie asked.
I decided to ignore him and walked away with Zixuan and the Heavenly emperor.
"Zixuan, how bold of you!" And he stabbed Zixuan with his sword.
"Your Majesty! Please spare him!" I said.
"Now this will get interesting. Who may you be? You are a new one here."
"Your Majesty, to answer your question, please do not hurt Zixuan anymore! He's innocent!"
"I ask you, who are you!"
"I am Hui Ying, student of the Xiaoyao sect and medicine queen."
"Okay interesting. How bold of you to kill the dragon! You need to be punished too, with death!"
"No father please!" Zixuan said.
He holded his sword in the sky, and then he tried to stab me, but Li Jie stood in front of me.
"Li Jie!! NO!!! No... Li Jie..." I was behind him, while he started kneeling on the ground. While I was sobbing behind him.
"You can't die..Hui Ying. Only I can kill you.."
"Brother! Are you okay?!"
"Two foolish children." Now he got me mad.
I could feel my heart burning inside. I forced my divine essence and started to forcing Goddess powers out of me. But instead, my eyes turned red. And dark energy was around me.
"The Devil God! You scandalous bitch, you killed the dragon because you-" I grabbed the emperor tight around his neck.
"Hui Ying...stop.." Li Jie said. I almost forgot it was his dad. I tried to let go, but I couldn't. He was controlling me. The Devil God.
Until the monk came and stopped me. The emperor felt on the ground aswell as me.
"Hui Ying, why did you do that?! That could be very dangerous! You could aswell die! Or you could revive the Devil God!"
"I..."
"And besides, the emperor are their father!" Right. I hurted the father of my best friends. I really felt guilty.
I slowly started kneeling to the emperor.
"I am sorry, your Majesty."
"Tsk! Sorry? You are not a child! You should be dead, monster!" And he still had energy to stab me with his sword.
"FATHER NO!" Atleast that was what I deserve.
"Hui Ying, quick leave! Don't let my father hurt you again!"
"Zixuan, Li Jie what did you just say? Do you have a deathwish?"
The monk grabbed me, Zixuan and Li Jie and teleported us to somewhere.
-2 weeks later-
I woke up. I looked at the right. Zixuan was laying next to me in a other bed.
"Are you awake Hui Ying?" Zixuan said. He was awake too.
"Yeah." I immediatly stood up. "I am really sorry Zixuan. I really feel guilty. I mean it!"
"You don't need to feel guilty, Hui Ying. You can't change the fact that you wanted to protect me, and Li Jie. That was even better than playing the hero. You can't talk too much, you're injured. Go lie down.."
I was tired too. I closed my eyes and started dreaming.

A voice in my head started talking.
"Who are you? Why are you talking in my dream?"
"Well first of all, we are at the very bottom of your heart where nobody is able to reach. Second, I am the Devil Goddess, the evil person of you 10,000 years ago."
"And I am the Ancestral Goddess, the purest side of you 10,000 years ago."
"Are you guys really real?"
