"So how long have you been a cop for?" Olivia asked after preparing the shop and closing the trunk.
She eyed officer Smith as he ignored her question and used his head to signal her to follow him, so she followed him around the shop.
"This is your shop, not your cop car, car, or vehicle. Every time you get your shop you need to check for any scratches or dents so that you can log them." Officer Smith told the brunette girl who nodded in understanding.
"Did you check the shotgun before you closed the trunk?" Officer Smith asked.
"No I-" Olivia started.
"Verify it's clear and close the action." Officer Smith cut off Olivia. "You're driving."
Olivia grinned and hurried over to the driver side door and was about to hop in but the look Officer Smith was giving reminded the girl she needs to clear the shotgun.
After Olivia checked the safety of the shotgun she checked to make sure her body camera was working including the camera in the shop.
"Once you're in the shop check all the lights and log into the computer with our serial number. After everything is checked in and outside of the shop, check yourself and prepare yourself." Officer Smith inform the boot of the final steps before leaving the station.
"Check and check." Olivia finished the final steps and started the vehicle.
"It's not too late to quit now." Officer Smith told the boot causing her to glance over at him.
"I don't quit, sir." Olivia wanted to roll her eyes but she took a small breath to keep a professional composure.
Officer Smith left it at that and Olivia drove the shop out of the station officially started her first shift.

"Okay boot. What do you see." Officer Smith questioned wanting to see if she can spot the same thing he is seeing.
Olivia looked around and grinned when she spotted the two people passing each other items to a drug deal.
"Easy." Olivia spoke as she pulled the vehicle to the side of the street about 50 yards back from what seems to be two teens.
"Alright." Officer Smith nodded his head and quickly got out of the car and Olivia followed after him.
"What's going on over here?" Officer Smith questioned causing the two teens to be surprised that two cops were standing in front of them.
"Uh- I just forgot my lunch money the other day, so I'm paying back my friend." The kid with a blue hate on spoke in a clam voice.
"Speaking of lunch money." Olivia took at step forward. "Why aren't you two in school now? It's only 10 in the morning." Olivia waited for an answer but she wasn't getting one any time soon as both kids gave each other a look before running off in different directions.
"Hey!" Officer Smith shouted as he watched them run off. "You get the blue cap and I'll get the other kid." Officer Smith ordered and they both ran off follow the kids.

Apparently officers liked going to a spot by the beach where there was multiple food trucks, so that's where all the TO's took their rookies.
"That will be $25.60." The food truck employee told Olivia as Officer Smith nodded his head and took his food off the top.
"You got 10 minutes." Officer Smith told Olivia before walking off to go to his friends.
Olivia mentally groaned at having to pay for her lunch along with Officer Smith's lunch since she hasn't even gotten her first pay check yet.
"Thank you and keep the change." Olivia handed the man 30 dollars before wondering over to Jackson, John, and Lucy.
"So, how's everyone's day going?" John asked. "Having fun yet?"
"It would be better if Officer Smith didn't think I was a sandbag." Olivia muttered as she took a bite out of her burger.
"Think someone could use a hug." Jackson pointed between Lucy and Olivia.
"Don't you dare." Lucy glared before marching off away from her friends causing Jackson to laugh and John to worry about her.
"Woah, what's wrong?" John asked walking over to where she was sitting, making Jackson and Olivia follow behind him.
"Uh, her T.O unitizing time-tested practices to intimidate her." Jackson explained.
"Oh, we'll that's their job, right? They've got to get inside of our heads and push our buttons, see how we react." John started talking. "It's not personal. Just turn it around and figure out what makes your training officer tick." John told Lucy who scoffed in response.
"You make it sound easy."
"Piece of cake." John replied back making Lucy smile.
"Really?"
"Mhm."
"Then I guess you already know what your T.O wants for lunch." Lucy tried to hold back her smug look.
John stared blankly for a few seconds before turning around and going to figure out what his T.O wants for lunch.
"Don't let him walk over you Luce." Olivia stated after listening to their conversation while finishing up her food. "You're a strong and smart woman who knows what she's doing." Olivia began what she thought was going to be a good best friend speech, but she was rudely interrupted.
"Let's go boot." Officer Smith yelled out across the street.
Olivia turned to look at her T.O along with Jackson and Lucy who turned to look at their friends training officer.
"You said 10 minutes!" Olivia called out back. "Its only been 5!"
"Well I'm finished, so let's go!" Officer Smith hollered with attitude laced in his tone causing Olivia to roll her eyes.
"See you guys later." Olivia waved to her friends before jogging off after her T.O
"Remember don't let him walk over you!" Lucy called out making herself and Jackson laugh.
Olivia heard making her flipped the girl off from behind.
