Officer Smith was walking a few feet in front of Olivia Anderson after he got frustrated with her.One thing Officer Smith couldn't stand was a know it all. It would be fine if it was a random rookie, but the fact is Olivia is Captain Andersons daughter and he didn't want to get stuck behind a desk because he was messing with her even if she was right.
It was like the girl knew everything.
He hated it and he hates her.
But it's a good thing he has a few tricks up his sleeve. Sure he couldn't deny that she knew police knowledge like it was on the back of her hand. But he could put a few role play scenarios into place, ones in which he could control.
"Are you really throwing a fit?" Olivia question as she jog towards him until she was walking by his side.
Officer Smith stopped in his tracks causing Olivia to do the same, but she turned her body to face him.
"You may have your police knowledge down pact, but your respect to your leadership is fucking horrible." Officer Smith looked at the girl dead in the eyes. No trace of emotion on his face, which scared Olivia slightly. But of course she didn't let it show in her face.
"I respect people who deserve it." Olivia crossed her arms over her chest.
She didn't mean to sound so hateful towards her t.o. but he had a way of getting under her skin.
She hated that and hates him.
"And that's going to screw you in the end, boot." Officer Smith spat out the last word like it was poison.
Olivia was going to say something else, but a bigger built person came running by and shoved her to the ground causing her body to hit the ground hard.
"Oof!" Olivia let out as she slowly lifted her head to look at who ran into her. When she did it was a big man who pushed Officer Smith to the ground and grabbed something from his belt before rushing off towards an alley way.
Olivia's eyes widen and quickly jumped up. "Are you okay?!" Olivia shouted as she rushed towards her T.O."
"What are you doing?!" Officer Smith yelled. "Go get him!"
Olivia growled out as she grabbed her radio and shouted. "7-Adam-15, in pursuit of a white male about six-foot-five running southwest in an alleyway towards 4th street."
Olivia ran like her life depended on it and she finally saw the man's tall figure and followed him. "Police! Stop running!" Olivia yelled, but the man didn't care and continued.
Olivia was gaining on the man and was close to catching him, but she saw a police shop roll up and open the door as it drove by knocking the man to the ground.
Olivia gasped, but continued running until she reached the man and jumped onto his back and pulling his hand behind his back.
"You're under arrest!" Olivia shouted and looked out of the corner of her eye to see Officer Smith writing in his little book.
Olivia rolled her eyes and continued with the arrest and following all the actions by book.

"Tough day?" Captain Anderson raised a brow seeing how scuffed up her daughter looked after seeing the young girl walk out of the booking room.
"The best day yet." Olivia smiled brightly as she continued walking past the captain and towards the female locker room.
Officer Smith watch the interaction between the two and it was news to him that his boot had no interest in talking to her mom.
"Officer Smith." Captain Anderson spoke up causing him to stop and look at his captain.
"Yes ma'am?"
"I hope you're teaching your boot properly and not playing games." Captain Anderson eyed the man suspiciously.
She didn't mean to pry into her daughter's training, but the last thing she wanted for her daughter was this life.
If she could control who Olivia's T.O was she would've picked Officer Bradford. But she didn't want to play favorites.
"Don't worry Captain. Ol- Officer Anderson is in good hands." Officer Smith spoke before nodding his head and walking off with clenched fist.

After washing up and changing out of her uniform Olivia walked out of the females locker room only to walk out at the same time as her T.O.
Great.
Olivia thought to herself. Though when she got a look of him without his uniform on and in his civilian clothes he looked- good?
Officer Smith groaned slightly when he saw who walked out of the locker room.
"Since you're out of uniform does that mean I can call you Lucas?" Olivia grinned as she looked at the gray long sleeve and jeans he was wearing.
He had muscles threatening to break through his sleeves. Bigger than what Olivia thought was underneath his uniform.
Officer Smith scoffed. "You're still my boot in and out of uniform."
"Aww so what you're saying is you'll still look out for me off duty?" Olivia asked as she took a step closer.
Officer Smith let out a dry laugh. "Captain Anderson would have me on desk duty if you scraped your knee walking to the mailbox."
At the mention of her mother's name her smile dropped. "What are you talking about?"
"All I'm saying is Captain's don't usually care about rookies unless they are doing something illegal or they have the same blood."
Officer Smith stared at Olivia processing what he said for a moment, but before she could even finish he walked off leaving Olivia standing alone.
Olivia frowned. This was the last thing she wanted.
