Psych Ward (Peterick)

Chapter 21

Pete's POV:

As soon as we entered his room he started to back away from me.

'Y-you p-promised' he gasped.

'Y-you promised m-me' he stuttered out half yelling and sobbing.

'I know and I'm so sorry Patrick' I tried to get closer to him to calm him down but he backed away further and further. His breathing became fast and irregular and the waterflow from his eyes wouldn't stop.

'You promised me, I-i would never had to s-see him again. Y-you lied to me' he screamed at me.

'I'm s-sorry Trick'

'L-leave' he whispered between the sobs.

'What?'

'I s-said leave' he said again but a bit louder.

I hung my head low and left the room. I closed the door and I looked through the window. Patrick slid down against the wall and made himself as small as possible. Sobs were wracking his body and it broke my heart.

He trusted me and now that trust was broken. It was gone.

'Patricks POV'

'I trusted you' I yelled to no one.

'I t-trusted you'

'You shouldn't trust anyone Patrick'

'Go away'

'You see where trust leads you. You should have listened to me'

'No, no shut up, shut up' I yelled as I began tugging my hair. Desperatly trying to get Vaughn to stop. But it didn't work. He came back..
