Twenty.eight

15 minutes for a pregnancy test. The longest 15 minutes of my life.

"Autumn you doing okay?" Peter asks, the guy I met an hour ago is waiting outside the door for me as I take a pregnancy test and even paid off a lady to buy it and go to the bathroom to leave it for me to avoid any publicity, now that I'm with Shawn it's 10x worse than when I was with Jack.

"Yes, I still haven't seen anything" I say scared

"You'll be fine, I promise" he says assuringly

I start to see the lines, not pregnant. NOT PREGNANT.

"Thank the Lord!" I practically scream

Okay then where is my period?

Shawn and I only slept together twice and one was when we were black out drunk. That was obviously a night we didn't use protection.

I throw it away, and wash my hands again before opening the door.

"No baby?" He asks

"No baby." I say with a sigh of relief

"Great, what's next" he asks

"I think I'm ready to go home" I say super tired

"Okay let's get you home"

As I walk in the door not ready to turn my phone back on, all three of my friends are sitting on the couch

"Welcome home" Mikey says

"I'm going to bed" I sigh not even looking at them and none of them object

Shawn 🌸😍- seriously? I'm almost to your house, I wanted to surprise you but since you won't answer, whenever you see this know I'll be there soon.
Shawn 🌸😍- we don't have to talk when I get there, I'm about ten minutes away, I love you.

His last text was six minutes ago, I change into a cropped sweater and just take everything but my underwear off. I turn my phone back off and turn off all my lights and lay down.

I close my eyes, and snuggle up in my bed, trying make it seem like I'm asleep.

It's been a few minutes and I hear my front door open and close, another few minutes pass and I can hear footsteps, I know it's Shawn. I try to act asleep but silently cry and hear my door open. He doesn't turn on any lights he just lays down and grabs me into his body and I can't help but cry harder.

"It's okay babe" he says and just holds me "I love you" He says and kisses my head

I just scoot closer into him.

I wake up and it's still dark out so I turn over and grab Shawn's phone to check the time.

It's only 3 in the morning. What the heck.

"You okay babe?" Shawn asks still pretty much asleep

"Just checking the time" I say and put his phone back down.

"What time is it" he asks

"Only about three in the morning, luckily" I smile and he grabs my waist from the way I was leaning over him and lays me back down while cuddling into my chest

"Good, I can still sleep" he says and kisses my boobs

I start to run my fingers through his hair hoping it would put him to sleep, but I swear boys just wake up horny.
