Chapter 017: 𝑺𝒐𝒓𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒍

🖤

The Delta Lambda's party was in full swing. Blair, Frankie, Sidney and Hallie were all about to make their entrance. Cici wasn't going, Blair had tried to convince her but the blonde was taking her role as designated driver very seriously. She was planning on staying at her own sorority in case a sister called and asked for a ride. If it were Blair she'd tell them to fuck off and walk, it wasn't like the party was miles away! It was quite literally across the street! But whatever, Blair couldn't blame her for being responsible

On their way inside Hallie was preaching about why sorority's were good but Blair wasn't convinced neither was Sidney by the looks of it. Frankie had her arm hooked through Blair's following the girls inside "Look, I am not a sorority pusher" Hallie said as they walked into the house, Frankie laughed "says the literal sorority pusher" Hallie shook her head
"I'm not pushing I just think that, despite its' trivialities, it is a life-affirming, mentally stable healthy environment for you all. I mean look at this place!"

Hallie had walked over to the food table grabbing a snack "Hallie, I think your taking your psych major a little too seriously. I'm fine" Hallie had handed Sidney one of the same snacks but Sidney sniffed it before throwing it over her shoulder "In fact I'm feeling better than ever after that punch" Blair commented looking at her wrapped knuckles "badass by the way" Frankie told her friend with a grin

"Yeah, that's starting to become your theme song: I'm fine- fucked up, insecure, neurotic and emotional" Hallie half joked, as the group of four came to a stop which gave Lois and Murphy time to intrude on their conversation "Sidney! Blair! You made it!" Murphy exclaimed walking towards them holding martini glasses Lois had the fakest smile on her face "hi!"

Blair raised a brow at the blonde "no, I really mean that, hi" did she really have to clarify that? Blair honestly wanted to slap the falseness out of her "hi?" Sidney said awkwardly, Blair didn't respond "do you girls want a drink?" Murphy asked with a big smile that creeped Blair out "actually yeah, but we'll get it ourselves" Sidney said turning on her heel "feel free to stay here" Blair said with a snide smile before the girls walked away.

Blair and Frankie stood outside in the backyard sipping on their martinis, Sidney and Hallie had been cornered by Lois and Murphy so the other two decided to make a run for it. The girls had spotted their boyfriends talking to each other while drinking beer, Blair had been zoning in and out. She had a bad feeling settling in the bottom of her stomach, maybe it was just parties that set her off? Stu's caused a boat load of trauma for both herself and Sidney, but again she couldn't shake the bad feeling
