Chapter 024: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒎𝒃 𝑾𝒐𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒆

🖤

"Ri! If you don't hurry we're going to be tardy for the party!" Stu Machers loud obnoxious voice echoed around the Atredies home, Blair was rushing to chuck things into her suitcase and was failing miserably at closing the overly filled case "Stu! Help me close this damn case!" Blair yelled back at him from where she sat on top of the lid. They were going to the iconic summer house, where the trio that is Billy, Blair and Stu all grew up only this time it was just them. Stu came running up the stairs sporting his signature grin laughing as he spotted the struggling girl "how much did you pack?"

Blair rolled her eyes "laugh all you want but standing there isn't going to get us moving any faster" she hissed at him, he laughed again before gently pushing her off of the lid "leave it to the professionals, Ri" Stu attempted to push the lid of the case down to zip it up but even he struggled which made Blair laughed "glad all that time you spend lifting weights paid off"

"Okay, I'll sit on it, you zip it" Stu told her pushing all his weight onto the case as he sat on it- Admittedly it worked better than when Blair was sat on it. She moved quickly zipping the case up before sighing in relief "okay, we can go" Stu held up his hand to high five her "teamwork makes the dream work, baby!" She high fives him before shoving him off her case "let's not keep Billy boy and his anger issues waiting".

Blair raced Stu for shotgun, either way Billy would've kicked Stu out of the front to let Blair sit there- she was designated passenger princess! Through the radio Don't look back in anger by Oasis played, she'd forced the boys into listening to Madonna so it was only fair they got something to fit their vibe though Stu didn't mind joining in with material girl...

Blair watched out of the window as they drove through Woodsboro only this wasn't the way to the 'leaving Woodsboro' sign, she shifted in her seat turning to look at Billy "hey, uh, where are we going?" He didn't look at her as his eyes stayed focused on the road "you know where we're going"

Blair looked behind at Stu who was just grinning at her, she looked back at Billy "something wrong, Ri?" Stu asked she shook her head laughing uncomfortably "no, of course not, it's just, we never come this way when we go to summer house"

Billy shrugged "thought we'd take a detour" whys he being so suspicious? Blair thought to herself. Stu leaned forwards in his seat looking between the two in the front "what if I told you we weren't going to summerhouse?" He chuckled evilly sending shivers down her spine as he then leaned back disappearing from her eye sight "Billy, where are we going?" Slight fear sat in her tone as she stared at him hopefully, he didn't reply. She sat back in her seat eyeing the car door biting her lip but then this driveway she'd recognise anywhere, Stu's fucking house. Her breathing picked up as she reached for the door handle quickly pulling it "Billy let me out!" She yelled as he used his other hand to press the lock down
