Rieka got used to sleeping in, used to Theons body against her, used to late nights tangled up in the sheets. She got used to depending on Theon for more and more since her father was gone. If she had a problem, she called Theon and he came running.
Robb liked that Theon was so dedicated to Rieka, he had enough to worry about and he knew, he didnt want to think about his baby sister having sex with his best friend, but he knew they were doing it. Robb just hoped that when mother returned Theon and Rieka could be wed and any fornication that might end in a baby would be suited because they would be wed.
Robb knew that their father didnt ever trust a Greyjoy entirely but Theon had been with them for years, ages, surely he was different, Rieka thought so.
"Hello Lord Tyrion." Rieka remarked as he came walking up.
"Lady Rieka, what a sight for sore eyes." Tyrion said but remembered Rieka didn't want his compliments, didnt want him flirting with her, because she was not going to fall in love with him and didnt like other men flirting with her, she had her man in mind and she wasnt going to look twice at another man. "I'm not flattering you." Tyrion assured and Rieka smirked down at him. "I assure you, I was with crows and it is an honest observation." Tyrion told her.
"How's Jon doing?"
"He is doing alright." Tyrion told her. "He told me to tell you that he misses you a lot." Tyrion relayed and Rieka smiled slightly.
"Thank you, Lord Tyrion." Rieka told him quietly as Summer brought back the ball. She threw it again. "Robb is in the main hall."
"Thank you." Tyrion said pressing a kiss to her hand. "not flattery,'' tyrion assured as he passed her. "You are just too sweet not to." Rieka chuckled as Grey wind brought back a rabbit dropping it at Rieka's feet.
"I swore I threw you a ball not a rabbit." Rieka remarked. "THEON!" she shouted and like a good maybe fiancé he came running.
"What is it love?' Theon questioned.
"Dead creature!" she informed him pointing at the rabbit. "Get it out of my sight." She instructed.
"Grey wind looks very happy to have given you such a gift.'' Theon remarked teasingly.
"Good, good grey wind." Rieka agreed scratching in between his ears. "Get the ball this time.' She pretended to throw a ball again and Grey wind took off running.
"I got it." Theon said kissing her cheek.
'I must say I received a slightly warmer welcome on my last visit.' Tyrion remarked, 'I was expecting more from the new lord of winterfell.' Tyrion mused. If Catelyn was right the lannisters could have been part of the attacks on Bran. "Your sister was kind, but I suppose my charms don't work on you." Tyrion added.
'Any man of the nights watch is welcome at Winterfell.' Robb told them and Tyrion glanced up at his companion, Yoren.
'Any Man of the nights watch but I'm not a man of the nights watch am I boy?' Tyrion said making his way back from the wall and down through Winterfell to get to Kings Landing he didn't know what happened within the past moon but certainly nothing good for this change of heart.
'I'm not your boy. I am lord of Winterfell, while my father is in Kings Landing.' Robb corrected.
'Then you might learn a Lord's courtesy.' Tyrion told him as the door opened and Bran was carried in. 'So it's true.' Tyrion said as Hodor carried him to the front. 'hello Bran.' Tyrion said and Hodor stopped in front of Tyrion, Bran limp in his arms. 'do you remember anything about what happened?'
'He has no memory of that day.' the master said
'Curious.' Tyrion whispered.
'Why are you here?' Robb questioned
'Would your charming companion be so kind as to kneel?' Tyrion asked 'my neck is beginning to hurt.'
'Kneel Hodor.' Bran instructed
'Do you like to ride Brandon?' Tyrion asked
'Yes... I mean I did like to...' Bran told him as Rieka came in, Theon right behind her.
''The boy has lost use of both his legs.'
"What of it?" Tyrion countered. Avalon bumped up into Tyrion making him stumble forward
"She likes you." Rieka remarked giving Avalon a whistle and bringing her back to her side. "Which is strange, considering you are a lannister." She mused.
"Seems she does." Tyrion agreed with a wink before turning back to Bran. RIeka rolled her eyes. 'with the right horse and saddle even a cripple can ride.'
'I'm not a cripple.' Bran told him and Rieka's heart ached for him.
'Then I am not a dwarf,' Tyrion retorted 'my father will be rejoice to hear it.' Tyrion mused but Bran just stared at him. 'I have a gift for you.' he handed him a scroll 'give that to your Sadler he will provide the rest.' Bran opened it up it was a sketch for a new saddle, Rieka moved forward kneeling next to Bran. 'you must shape the horse to the rider.' Tyrion told Robb 'you start with a yielding and then you teach it and train it to work with the boys needs.'
'Could I really be able to ride?' Bran questioned hopefully.
'On horseback you'll be as tall as any of them.' Tyrion assured.
"I can bring it to the saddler today." Rieka agreed.
''Is this some sort of trick?' Robb questioned 'why do you want to help him?'
'I have a tender spot in my heart for cripples bastards and broken things, and pretty girls named Rieka.'' Tyrion added smiling back at Rieka but she was focused on Bran.
'You've done my brother kindness the hospitality of winterfell is yours.' robb told him
'Spare me your false kindness and courtesies lord stark there is a brothel outside to which there I will find a bed, I will sleep easier. Lady Rieka, always a pleasure' tyrion told him heading out.
"Goodbye Lord Tyrion.... thank you." Rieka remarked honestly.
"I hope we meet again." Tyrion offered.
"Come north and I will give you a room without question." Rieka assured.
