I don't know how people see Eren and Mikasa together. For one, they are siblings just not in blood. I am pretty sure this is a one sided relationship because only (In my point of view) Mikasa would think like that. Plus, how in the world would someone fall in love with someone who is so clingy? In what episode have you not found Mikasa always worried about Eren? For the love of fudge, she doesn't even mention Armin! I am just saying that I don't ship it but I don't hate it. I mean, if she wasn't paranoid and her parents didn't die, sure they could be a good pairing. But since this is what happened in the manga/anime, I won't exactly like the idea of having this pairing.
No of fence to people who ship them, I just don't see this happening. Ayame says it's probably cause I enjoy Ereri so much that I don't think of boyxfemale pairings. I dunno. Maybe it is. But I still wouldn't like the idea of brother/sister transferring to bf/gf.
