She backed away stepping back into the stall.
"No.... Demitri. No I'm not what you want. I'm bad.I can't do that to you."
He looked heartbroken, and nodded.
"Of course Kenzie. I'm sorry.....I uh I'll be outside if you need me. There a uh sports store on the first floor."
She nodded and closed the door. She shook off the strange feeling she had and pulled the shirt he had brought her. It was tight how she liked so it wouldn't catch on anything. Then the skin tight jeans. They didn't have the straps she had on her other ones for her weapons, but these would do, even if ther were faulse leather. She shrugged the jacket on then sat on the bench to pull on the boots.
He had gotten everything she asked, and it warmed her heart. He was avtually trying. Which lead her to think if Wolfe was looking for more tools to release her. It wasn't like she could run away. The idea still gave her hope, she hated feeling so useless. She finished dressed and kicked the door open. She found Demitri gone just like he said which gave her time to searched for somethings. She walked through the broken debrise of the store. Checking under all the cashier tables. There was likely to be a gun hidden incase of a robbery. To her dismay their were none.
She even searched security. She saw some katanas's in a shop window, but knew then to trust something that would likely break if used. Just for show. Such nerds in the human world. She huffed off going down to find Demitri. She was wary of the escalator. Taking it one step at a time. She was nearing the bottom when her food suddenly gave out from under her and she fell. Head first toward broken glass. She reached out to catch herself. Then found some one had already caught her.
She looked to see Demitri, but found a gawking Wolfe. He seemed like he was drooling. Preditorly. She wondered why, then looked to fing her shirt had risen, flashing the exsqusite corset she had found. He cleared his throat helping her up.
"Thank you Aciel,"
He stiffened at his first name "Quite welcome Mackenzie."
She smiled at his. Feeling less vunarable now with her new wardrobe. She strode past him fixing herself. She noticed she was swaying her hips to intice him. She glanced to see the effect and was pleased to see him pawing at the taunt material of his jeans. Stareing dareingly at her pert ass. She walked on into the small hunting and fishing shop. Demitri was no where in site. Must be in the back digging supplies up. She crawled over the counter and squeezed through the door.
Her body frooze. Blood smeared the floor. Fresh blood. She ducked behind the boxes. She found a pipe and picked it up, just in case. She followed the blood. It felt as if it were screaming at her to get away. She followed it all the way to the source. She had expected a wild animal. What she hadn't expected was a unconsious, or dead, Demitri with his hands handcuffed behind his back.
Her heart fluttered, then movement gave away the attackers location. Without any special powers she lunged out. Using the pipes sharp edges like a spear. It missed its target and the being moved away. She couldnm't see as well in the dark. She heard movement at the door. Wolfe was trying to squeeze his muscular body through the small barricaded door.
He was screaming at her to move but she wouldn't leave Demitri to die. He was sitting in the only beam of light. It made it easier for her to keep him somewhat safe without the attacker revealing their identity.
This mother fucker must have had a death wish. It ran to Demitri and caught him in an head lock. A bowy knife pressed to his neck. Mackenzie gasped.
It was none other then Dinah.
"You must have a death wish Bitch,"
She just laughed madly. Mackenzie cringed. Hearing Wolfe's roar of rage, Dinah glanced behind her pouting.
