A few days had passed and the Shinobi Academy opened back up again. Taiyo was excited and was up bright and early, already dressed and eating his breakfast. When he was done he rushed to bathroom for a few minutes then came out and went out the door.
(Academy)
Taiyo sprinted down the street this time and arrived at the academy early and not a lot of kids were here yet. Taiyo did spot some kids though a girl with short, black hair with pupil-less eyes, a boy with a high collar and dark shades, and Sasuke. He walked over to greet his friend.
Taiyo: Hey Sasuke, what's up buddy!
Sasuke: (Looks up and smiles a tiny bit) Oh? Hey Taiyo
Sasuke didn't expect to see Taiyo in the academy, but then again the kids only had a week at the academy until the "incident" happened. Though Sasuke was happy on the inside that his new rival/training partner was here. The two boys then heard some rumbling in the halls and heard the door open.
???: SASUKE!!!
Taiyo and Sasuke were shocked at the volume of two new arrivals. They were both girls one had bubblegum, pink hair, and other hair platinum, blonde hair. They both looked at Sasuke with hearts in their eyes and started to run towards him.
Taiyo: (Waving his hands) Whoa girls, calm down
Bubblegum: Huh? Who are you?
Taiyo: (Smiling) I'm Taiyo Shinjuka, nice to meet to
The two girls were shocked that this boy stopped their conquest on their "Precious" Sasuke. They've never seen this boy before as they were immediately enraptured by Sasuke, but now that they've seen this boy, they had to admit he was pretty cute. The platinum girl saw his smile and was immediately smitten, but also she sensed warmth from his chakra and it made her smile back.
Platinum: Well I'm Ino Yamanaka and this Billboard Brow is Sakura Haruno
Sakura: (Vein popping) What was that, Ino Pig!
The girls started to argue, while Taiyo and Sasuke just watched with a sweat drop expression. The two looked at each and with one nod, they moved to another table. The arguing stopped and the two girls moved to separate desks as more students arrive. After all the students arrived and sat in their desks, the instructor decided to make his appearance.
Iruka: Good morning students
Students: Good morning Iruka-Sensei
Iruka was a bit embarrassed that he arrived later than his students, but he had to deal with a little problem first.
Iruka: (Irritated) I'm sorry I'm a little late, but I had to get this troublemaker to class
Iruka had a tied-up Naruto at his side and it became very clear. He had to capture Naruto. Taiyo was amused by this, while Sasuke had an annoyed expresssion. Naruto had paint all over him and was panting like a dog, he just got done with a good prank.
Naruto: Dang it Iruka-Sensei, why'd have to ruin it
Iruka: (Big ahead Jutsu) YOU HAVE TO LEARN YOU LITTLE BRAT!!
Naruto: Whaaaaahhhhh!!! (Begging) Please don't eat me
Dog Boy: Hahahahhaha what an idiot
No Pupils: (N..Naruto)
Pineapple: What a drag....
After a few more minutes Iruka decided to get on with his lesson.
Iruka: All right everyone calm down! Today we'll be going outside to practice with kunai, shuriken, and fight training.
Students: Yay!
(Outside)
Iruka lead the students outside to the training ground. First: Kunai Practice, Second: Shuriken Pratice, and Third: Fight Training. The Kunai and Shuriken practice went as well as he expected, especially with Taiyo and Sasuke who always got ten outta tens. Now it came to the fight training and some students were either too scared or too lazy (we all know who), but then it came to Taiyo vs Kiba.
Iruka: Taiyo Shinjuka vs Kiba Inuzuka
Kiba: All right, let's do this!
Taiyo: All right let's do this
Both fighters made their way to the circle and faced each other. Taiyo had a calm, but ready expression and Kiba had a cocky smirk on his face with two triangular markings on his cheeks.
Iruka: Are you both ready?
Taiyo: Yup
Kiba: I'm gonna take this loser down!
Naruto: YEAH GO TAIYO!
Ino: Go Taiyo!
Sasuke: (Take this waste of space down, Taiyo)
Iruka: Fight!
Kiba rushed in with the same smirk on his face and used his claws to swipe at Taiyo. The orange haired boy dodged out of the way and delivered a counter attack punch to Kiba's face, which knocked him clean out of the circle. Everyone was shocked by the outcome and how Taiyo just ended the fight in one punch (man).
Iruka: Uhhhh...well the winner is Taiyo Shinjuka
Naruto: HECK YEAH I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT!
Ino: Wooohoooo
Sasuke: (Smirks) Hn
Pineapple: Dang he's pretty strong, glad I didn't fight him
The fights went on without change until it came down to Naruto vs Sasuke, in which Sasuke ended it in a second. They both try to make the unison sign, but they end up grabbing each other's shirts, glaring at each other. Iruka breaks it up and Naruto runs off into the forest. Taiyo was shocked by this interaction between because he thought they might be good friends if introduced properly. Taiyo also noticed Sasuke's hard stare, but not at Naruto, it was face of hatred for someone else.
Taiyo: Wow....that was interesting
Class then went on without Naruto and Taiyo didn't speak to Sasuke the whole day, but he did meet new friends Shikamaru, Choji, Ino, Sakura, Hinata, Shino, and to a lesser extent Kiba.
(Hours Later)
Taiyo was lying in his bed thinking about his first day back to academy and smiled to himself about how he made so many new friends, but then a frown came to his face thinking about Naruto and Sasuke, how can two people hate each other that much. He was gonna figure it out sooner or later, but for right now he needs sleep and with that he slept soundly.
