Chapter 6: Leave Me

Sakura woke up and saw the ceiling of her room. 'I wonder who brought me to my room.' Sakura thought. She looked at the clock and saw 6:00 am written on it. 'I wonder if they make breakfast.' Sakura thought, walking towards her bathroom.

'Maybe I should make them breakfast.' Sakura thought as she dried her hair. She walked towards the kitche and saw it empty. "What the hell? Do they even eat?" Sakura thought twitching. Sakura brought out a paper and a pencil. "To who ever reads this first, don't look for me, I'm shopping for more food. Love Sakura." She wrote and put it on the fridge with a magnet.

Sakura cautiously walked out the hideout and ran towards Oto. Sakura finished shopping within 30 minutes. She was running back to the hideout until she heard a painful cry. "Oh? Seems interesting." Sakura said as she sensed a huge amount of chakra coming from the cry. She stumbled upon a cave while trying to trace the chakra. She entered it as the cries became louder. She saw a little boy with white hair and blue eyes.

The boy looked up in fear, backing up away from Sakura as he held his side. Sakura smiled, offering him a hand. "Come with me?" Sakura said, still smiling. "Oh? Attacking a person from behind, isn't that cowardly?" Sakura asked, as she dodged a kunai.

"Simply leave and I won't kill you." The person said. "Wait, you look a lot like Sakura Haruno from the bingo books. Lucky, I'll take both of your heads then!" Ninja said, smirking and taking out his katana. Sakura ignored the guy and turned to the kid. "You're being hunted?" Sakura asked him.

The bounty hunter attacked Sakura head on. Sakura grinned and carried the boy away along with her groceries. She made a clone of them and made the clone run the other way. Successfully tricking the bounty hunter.

She set the boy down gently and took a few steps back, giving the kid some space. "Let me see your wound." Sakura said. The kid glared at her as if telling her not to go near him. Sakura twitched as she heard footsteps running towards them again. "They just don't give up when it comes to money, do they?" Sakura mumbled, wearing her gloves.

The kid eyed her, curious of what she's going to do next. "Hand us the kid along with your head!" A group of bounty hunters said. "Like hell I will. SHANARO!" Sakura yelled as she punched the ground, creating a huge crater under them. She picked the boy up again and started running away. "Leave me." The boy said as Sakura ran.

"No." She said plainly. "I'll take you home with me and I'll patch up your wound." Sakura said, smiling. The boy let a tear fall as Sakura carried him to the hideout. 'But I'm a monster.' The boy thought.
