"Martin" Uncle Charlie introduces Martin to Billy and Jacob, Billy and Jacob Black are here to watch some football game. Felix and I were working on my Italian when they arrived, Bella is sulking in our room talking to Edward who broke in through Martin's window "this is Billy and his son Jacob, Billy was good friends with your dad"

"Hi" Martin waves his hand

"Hello" they shake hands "it's really great to meet you Martin, you look a lot like your dad when he was your age" Martin nods his head.

"While their watching the game" he looks at me "Felix and I are going to be making popcorn, want to help?" He nods his head and we go into the kitchen.

"Whose Felix?" Billy asks

"Violet's boyfriend, distant cousin to the Cullens" Uncle Charlie tells him as Felix and I make homemade popcorn with Martin "he's an amazing guy, Daniel and Paul would agree with me and approve of him for her. Much better guy than Edward"

"Really?" Jacob scoffs

"Yeah" Uncle Charlie confirms ignoring Jacob's tone "Felix picks and drops Violet up from school, they always do stuff together. He helps Martin when Violet can't with his homework, he's tutoring him in German, Felix helps with cooking and cleaning the dishes, Violet's landed herself a great guy. Her parents would be proud"

Felix wraps his arm around my waist, we kiss briefly as Martin makes disgusted noises and we go to tickle him. Rebecca calls all the time and we talk to her for about an hour and text constantly. Felix soon goes over to the guys to ask if they want any popcorn or anything to drink "I hope you guys get married soon, he's an awesome guy that it'd be amazing to call him brother" Martin tells me.

"We don't have to be married for you to call him brother" he looks at me "remember this Martin, if you ever meet the person you believe is your soulmate do everything you can with them. Make every day as if it's your last, mom would tell you the same just as Rebecca would" he nods his head. Stroking his hair, I smile down at him "I love you Martin, no matter what"

"I love you too Violet" we hug, as we hug I realize one day soon he and Rebecca will lose me. Tears fall down my face as I hug Martin "why are you crying?"

"I wish mom was here" I tell him

He nods his head "Me too"

"How's the popcorn coming?" Felix asks as the popcorn begins to pop.

"Why" Martin asks "do we melt the butter in this pot than in the microwave?"

"Less mess" Felix tells him "but also for the perfect butter for popcorn you need to mix in a few ingredients" after some time, we bring our popcorn that they take. Jacob doesn't eat it nor does Billy but Uncle Charlie. Billy and him drink beer, Billy asked Felix if he wanted alcohol and answered with "I only on special occasions" I see them notice how Martin is sitting between me and Felix holding the bowl of popcorn and we are focused on the game.

"How would you react" I hear Billy ask "if he stayed over? Like at night?"

"I'd be fine" Charlie tells him "Felix already does, they keep the door open and before Martin's bedtime they read stories to him" shaking his head "I don't mind, Felix is a very respectful guy. Your daughters Rebecca and Rachel would be lucky to find men like Felix" Jacob scoffs lowly at that.

When I need to use the bathroom, I leave but when I come back Jacob is before me "What do you want?" Crossing my arms

"Don't become one of them" shaking his head "live a human life"

Rolling my eyes I open the door "Bella" she looks our way and sees Jacob "your friend wants to talk to you" Jacob grabs my arm "let go"

"Not until you listen" he growls

"No!" I yell at him "let my arm go!" I pull away to nearly fall down the stairs, I look at my arm to see bruises.

"What's going on?" Uncle Charlie is here with Felix "what happened?"

"Jacob has been trying to talk to me about making Felix out to be a bad guy" I tell Uncle Charlie going to the kitchen since Martin is on the couch.

"I'm going to kill him" Felix growls

I look around as he hands me an ice pack since it'll be suspicious if I don't get one "If your asking for permission go ahead"

"Jacob didn't mean to hurt you" I see Bella here as Uncle Charlie leaves with the Blacks.

"Martin" he looks at me "brush your teeth then head to bed, we'll be up to tell you a story soon" he nods his head leaving.

"I don't care" Felix growls at her "what the mongrel has to say, he physically hurt my mate—he'll pay" she gulps seeing how angry Felix is.
