If I could grow angel wings before the day I die
I'd fly over that rainbow painted in the sky
Maybe I'd go further
Higher above the clouds
But I pray to all the gods
That I wouldn't come back down
And that they'd find my body within a patch of dirt
Because I don't want to fly away
I just want my wings to burn
Like icarus I'd fly towards the sun
Just for a last laugh
The one that says 'fuck you'
I've suffered long enough throughout the years I've been
So if I had wings to fly
I'd dive right off a cliff
Crashing into water
Where the waves will tear my skin
Rip off all my feathers
So I bleed the ocean red
And painfully but peacefully
I'll hopefully end up dead.
