He screamed into the silence
The shadows suffocating him
The music box begins to play
He listens to his lullabies
Sing 'the hero always dies'
And he wonders
If only for a second
'can I be the hero?'
Because he doesn't want to
Survive
He wants his light to hide.
So he allows the shadows
To tear him apart
And leave vicious battle scars.
