God saved the man with the broken leg
God saved the woman with the broken heart
God saved the kid that lost his family
God saved the lion that escaped captivityBut why must this so-called God bring the men to me,
their 2 legs do not hide the '3rd' between
Why must this so-called God bring women to their knees,
ignoring thier 'stops' and 'please'
Why must this God take away that childs parents
leave them to the system
The system that steals all humanity
Why must this God entrap our nature
Force our animals to die from human exposureThis so-called God, i have never seen
I have only felt the boys that force themselves onto me
I have only heard the sharp slaps across my cheek
I have only lived for 17 yearsBut even so, I have never seen Gods so-called mercy
I see the struggles of the people on this earth
Men, women, children, animals and all the things above
I have felt pain
My pain has even made others cry
But I question all religion and hope
All life has ever done is make me tired
If i ended it tomorrow nobody would blame meI clearly just never had a 'God' to save me.
