Rohan said, after a while,
"Bohut jed Arohanor. Xorur pora takei kori ahise. Maa last 3 bosoror pora bisonat pori ase. Maa e kobole mana korise. Taar regret hobo buli."
Aditi listened but didn't say anything. He continued,
"Amar gotei family tu broken. Papar kunu moh naai. He doesn't like anyone but himself. Maa aru papar last 5 bosor man kotha e hua nai. Mok papai Arohanor logot thakibo dise, cuz tate teur poisa ase. I am his weapon, lora nohoi tu. Business minded only. Nothing else. Family mori jaok, he doesn't care, unless teur kiba loss hoi. And unfortunately, Arohano eke. He left everyone, nijor karone. Sneha loves Arohan, motkeo bhal Pai. But, taaiko jetiya lage tetia he mate. That is our family. Shitful, nothing to love about. Mor ghorot ghuri jabo bhal nalage. Aru xei Aftab tu toh thakeye. Eko kobou nuwaru."
Aditi said, interrupting him,
"Ki Jane sir? Mor enekua lage jen khuri teur presence enjoy kore."
Rohan smiled. He run his left hand through his hair and said,
"He is the one jar karone Arohan amar logot nathake. Tar karone ma e amak pahori goisil."
Wow! That was a lot to take for Aditi. She understood the rough edges on those perfect people. She asked Simone last time,
"Etiyao teulok ekeloge?"
Rohan laughed and said,
"Tar family ase. Wife, daughter. Eibur namor Prem. Kiman truth ase kuneo najane."
Aditi thought better to not talk about it. As they reached the office, Aditi and Rohan walked out of the car together. As she was going towards her room, he said,
"Moi koi ahisilu je tumak loi moi eta kamot jam. So xeneke koba."
He handed a file to her and said,
"Ki korila xudhile eikhon dekhai diba, okay? And xuna, Arohanok amar ghorot Jua buli ekdom nokoba."
She nodded. As he passed her and walked inside, she said,
"Rohan.... Moi bhabu apuni sirok kobo lage. Moi nabhabu teu xantit thakibo paribo eibur jani."
"Nalage."
Aditi went near him. She looked in his eyes. She took a risk to drown again in his eyes, feel everything, for once, for all that it took. She said,
"Please."
Rohan swallowed hard. She sighed, hoping he wouldn't notice. But he noticed, everything. He noticed her ignorance, noticed her change of behaviour, noticed the depth in her eyes, when she looked at him. But, he decided to ignore everything. He knew his fate. He knew telling her about his heart would ruin a lot of things that he didn't want to ruin. He liked however things were. He liked keeping things that way. For that, he looked away from her. He said,
"Kom moi. Tumi nulaba."
She smiled. She said,
"Aji he time disu."
He nodded and went to the elevator, rolling the keys in his finger. She followed him, hoping to not lose the time with him. As the door was about to close, he put his hands and she was able to enter it. None of them said anything, until they reached the floor of their office. As they were about go to their respective corners, she said,
"Apunio kom jedi nohoi."
He smiled and said,
"Kisumanor logot nohoi, mon koriba sun."
He went to his cabin.
A wave of heat struck her body. Her cheeks turned red. She stood there for a moment to sink everything in. He was the replica of Arohan, yet very different from him. He was like one of the pages of the same copy, same as the previous and the upcoming one, yet she loved writing and touching that page. Her heart fluttered, but she got over it instantly. She let out a long sigh. It was a day, she wanted to never face, yet yearned for it. After a long month, she was able to look at him like before. Ughhhhhh! She needed to get him out of her head.
