Izuku was being led by one of the camera robots getting an estimate of where the borders are. There are camera robots dressed up as civilians so it's more realistic. Heroes and villains can interact with them, asking them if they saw this or that and can also give information that wasn't provided like where is the nearest bank, (not like Izuku needs to know that, but Jiro might need that info.)

Izuku was keeping a lookout for anyone else but he doubts he'll see anyone. He was stationed by a bakery that seems to actually have pastry in the glass case. Don't mind if I do.

As soon as Izuku heard the three beeps, signaling the match starting. He dashed toward the cafe, it's going to be a long match, might as well have some snacks.

He first tried to find the rest of the heroes. He was hopping from building to building when he found Shoji. ...grants him a set of tentacles alongside his arms... transform the tips of these tentacles to replicate other parts of his body...enhanced strength... enhanced speed...enhanced stamina... basically enhanced everything. He's going to be a tricky player...

It was a gamble but it was a low risk high reward gamble so Izuku is taking the chance. 

"Shoji!" Izuku knows everyone pities him for being in last place and how he's going to get expelled, so now all Izuku needs to do is to play into their narrative of the weak, naive boy who's getting kicked out on the first day of school. Oh so sad.

Immediately Shoji went on a defense pose not expecting to get called on or found so easily. Izuku was waving his hand at him sitting on the roof. As soon as he realized who it was he relaxed a bit, some tense leaving his shoulder. Ha. Knew it.

Izuku raised his hand showing that he meant no harm, "You're a hero right?"

Shoji didn't show any reaction to the normal eye but Izuku noticed his eyebrow tenseing and that Shoji shifted his body in an offensive position.

"Don't worry, I'm one too," Izuku quickly cleared any forming acquisition. He knew that there were cameras everywhere that Aizawa could watch from, so he's excited to put on a show.

"I saw your paper before and since you're a hero and I'm a hero we should team up." Take the bait.

The tentacle man didn't say anything so Izuku continued, "I'll tell you who my target is so we can trust each other." Did he already meet with the others...?

"I don't know who your target is if you're worried about that," Ha I do, it's Mina.

A nod was all Izuku got, "I got Lida." The tentacle man quirked up, interested with the new information he got. Okay good he hadn't met with the others yet.

"I have a plan, if we work together it can work," Shoji probably took the bait because Izuku doesn't really give off the vibe like he is about to betray him. So in the alleyway Izuku spoke about the plan he thought of. Shoji didn't see how it could really go wrong so he agreed.

Boom, Boom, Boom, Part one, complete. There was a distant scream or well- robot scream copying what a human scream would sound like. There goes all the banks. Good luck trying to rob anything Jiro.

Izuku had asked Shoji to help load a type of chemical to all those banks he found because it makes sense right? Villains steal from banks and if there are no banks to steal from they can't complete their mission. Izuku wasn't sure if the city actually had those chemicals in those big tanks but when he realized that those cakes in that bakery were actually real he thought that maybe there were actually real stuff in the tanks. So he convinced Shoji to help move them to the banks because you're big and strong, so you can help carry these tanks down to the banks down there. Izuku probably would have been able to move the tanks but definitely would have taken much longer.
