37. The End

A couple months later: 

Y/ns Pov:

"soo Matt how's sabrina?" I ask teasing him while both sets of triplets, jake, and I are sitting in the living room together, and Matt's face turns red

"OoooOooOoo" chris says teasing Matt even more and making him blush even harder

"We're doing good" matt says smiling to himself while looking at his feet

"Thats all we get?!" Nick says cheering him on making Matt giggle

"Alright alright, we are actually doing really good, and its official, she loves me as much as I love her" matt says smiling to himself as he talks about her

"Well how much do you love her?" Jake asks joining in on teasing Matt

"you wouldn't believe it" matt says as his entire face is now hot red, looking like he is going to explode

"Young love, young love" I say shaking my head

"Mommy" CJ says as he looks up at me while he is sitting in my lap

"Yea bud?" I say fixing his hair a little

"Who's sabrina?" He asks me looking confused

"She is uncle mattys girlfriend" I say smiling to him

"Oh ok" he says and turns back around

"Daddy" Clementine says as she looks up at him since she is sitting in his lap

"Yea sweetie?" He says smiling looking down to her

"Im hungry" she says putting her hand on her stomach

"Alright lets go get you something to eat" chris says as he stands up while carrying Clementine into the kitchen

I just sit there and watch them walk into the kitchen, smiling to myself thinking that he is going to be and is the best dad

I then look over at nick since Clyde is sitting on lap and Jake is right next to him, and while nick and Jake are talking I look over at Clyde and see that he is about to pull out one of nicks hairs on his legs, I don't say anything I just sit back, relax and watch this go down

Once Clyde pulls out nicks leg hair nick screams because of the sudden pain

"Oww, clyde that hurt" nick said as he looked down at Clyde while covering his leg with his hand where the hair was pulled from as Jake laughs And Clyde giggles While  looking up at nick

"Uncle nicky" clyde says

"Yes?" Nick says as he looks back down at him

"Here" clyde says as he places nicks leg hair in nicks hand

"Uh thanks, I guess" nick says smiling and then looking up to see if me and Matt saw what happened

Matt was smiling at his phone texting someone, it was probably Sabrina

"You saw this and didn't tell me?!" Nick said loudly as he spotted me slightly laughing at him

"Yea, it was funny and worth to watch"  I said crossing my arms still smiling at nick

Then he looked at me with a straight face trying not to smile

"Im kidding im kidding!" I said throwing my hands up in the air  and we all laugh

Then Chris comes back in the living room carrying Clementine while she eats a strawberry

Chris then sits back in his original spot next to me and starts up a conversation

"So nick, jake, how's it going" chris says raising his eyebrows smirking at his older brother

Nick than smiled really big and looked over at jake "we're perfect" nick said smiling huge and blushing a little, and then Jake turned and kissed nick on the cheek

"OoooOOooo" I said teasing nick smiling and covering my mouth while I did so

"Shut up" nick says as he hides his face behind Jake and Jake laughs

I then look down to see junior asleep in my lap

"aww" I say looking down at junior being asleep in my lap

"Im gonna go put him in bed" I said as I slowly stood up while carrying CJ to his and clydes room and lay him down on his bed and silently cover him up I lean down and kiss his forehead saying "goodnight chris" and then leaving his room while turning off the light

I walk back into the living and sit down back in my spot, next to Chris

We then all talk about random things and clyde and clem fall asleep and we took them to their rooms and said goodnight

Then once it got to about 1-2 am me and chris went to bed since we were tired and had a good nights sleep without the kids waking us up for the first night since they were born, that sleep felt awesome getting a full nights rest, I love my family so much

For the rest of our lives we had no drama with Stacey she took the jail time to not mess with my family anymore and im happy she did

The three C's, Christopher Jr, Clyde, and Clementine has been best friends for their entire lives and are Inseparable they are there for each other in the highs and lows

Jake is so sweet and so perfect for nick, nick picked a good one, Jake always goes out his way for nick, and also does things for Matt Chris and I also

Matt and Sabrina finally got together in the end and Sabrina is actually really pretty and really nice, im happy that he found someone he can love

Chris and I, chris and I are perfect right now, nothing could get in our way, we are living our dream of being with eachother and building a family with eachother in a huge house/mansion type of thing, and I love him so much and will love him the most

We all live out our lives normally but all stay in this huge house, matt and Sabrina had a daughter so we just decided that she shared a room with clemy. 

I remember the first time we saw each other since the 8th grade my heart stopped and I felt so much joy in my heart that day, finally seeing you from behind the McDonalds counter and me asking "Is That You?"

Im also as sad as you are right now, I actually cried while writing those last Paragraphs

Im sorry that I ended it like this, I had no idea what else to write and I knew I was going to end it soon so I thought this would be the best time too

Im prob gonna start writing another story within this month so maybe watch out for that next story, I have lots of idea written down so I can't say which one ill be using rn, just watch out for it and if you see it, you can read it if you want but I like adding drama and and sad scenes in my stories to make weird and unseen twists in the stories that you guys would not see
