Using my hands, I fan my face trying to calm down myself.
"Anno mine this" I cry and Ana screams out laughing.
"It nuh funny Ana" I shake my hands in front me trying to shake off my nerves.
"Yuh nuh have nuh more" Keira screams laughing and I roll my eyes.
"No mi did just buy the exact amount afta mi Neva did a expect nuh a unuh fi a breed" She gets serious and tears start to leak from my eyes.
"Azzy" Keira screams rolling over laughing and I fling my slipper after her.
"Nuh, you just a see period weh yuh a bawl fah" Ana hisses and moves towards her purse.
"Let we just go the supermarket and buy more and settle this. All dem pickney deh suppose to dead a cause the mount a drinking Weh unuh put dung. Dem caah a live" She jokes and we all start laughing.
"Mi caah manage fi guh a supermarket" I voice and Keira continues laughing.
"Why?" Ana's eyebrows raise in confusion and I twist my fingers in my lap.
"Anxiety out fi kill mi" I share and as expected they laugh uncontrollably.
"A swear unuh out fi kill mi tonight, mi a come guh sleep, cause mi know seh mi nah breed suh it narrows down to the three a unuh. Try figure that out fi unuhself" She laughs, pulling the sheet up her body and closing her eyes.
The dam breaks and tear after tear rolls down my cheeks uncontrollably.
I can't even fend for Maleek that well another child can't fit anywhere in my tax bracket.
Plus Jamarion and I aren't even that far in a relationship for a baby.
"Come mek we guh buy the test them and get this ova with" Kayla speaks and I turn my head to her to see her sweating purposely.
"Gwaan guh buy it and come back" I plea to Ana and she smiles before leaving.
It takes her a good 40 minutes to the nearest pharmacy and back. The minute the door opens and she enters my heart drops same time.
All of a sudden mi start feel weak and dizzy.

"Alright mi buy 9, three fi you..." She passes the three to me and I take them with very shaky hands.
"You" She hands them to Kayla who takes them swiftly
"And me" She keeps the others and starts reading them.
"Please read the back of the thing before unuh dweet, cause we don't want no false positive" She warns and I nod my head.
I slowly ease off the couch not liking how light my head feels. Shuffling my feet next to each other, I make my way to the bathroom in my room.
"Fada God mi gwaan through ennuh already mi a beg yuh not another please" I whisper a prayer wiping away the endless tears.
Struggling with my shaking hands I manage to use all three tests and place them on the counter facing down.
