The two made their way to the same corner store that they both frequented at least biweekly with a grumpy Chan stalking behind them.

"Can't believe you guys were going to leave me behind," Chan muttered in English.

"I can! I'm scared of how you're gonna act around Jeongin," Felix retorted back in the same language.

"Yah! Felix! You can speak English?"

"Yeah of course! I actually grew up in Australia, but my family's Korean so I came back for a while."

"No fucking way! I'm Australian too! I knew you had a weird accent!"

"Bro what do you mean a weird accent? You have it too!"

"Guys, in case you haven't noticed, not all of us can speak English." Changbin broke up the pair who were basically climbing on each other in excitement. Tonguing the inside of his cheek, he scoffed and kept walking.

Chan just chuckled to himself.

Arriving at the shop, Changbin walked in first, the bell tinkering above his head. He sent a wave to the owner and walked to the back of the shop to buy some alcohol for himself. He wasn't really a fan of beer but he grabbed some anyway to try. He had always heard from Minho that beer and soju tasted good with food so he wanted to try it out. As he did so, Jeongin had made his appearance in front of the other two and was now making light conversation with Felix who was trying to encourage Chan in English to make a move.

"Shut up he doesn't even know me!" Chan whisper-yelled to Felix.

"Now's a good chance, hyung!" 

"Yah! I can speak English, you know." Jeongin smiled innocently.

All the colour drained from Chan's face.
"I'm kidding, but why'd you stare at me like that?"

"Chan thought you heard us talking about yo–mmph." Chan had slapped his hand over Felix's mouth before dragging him out of the shop backwards.

"Ignore those two, they just met," Changbin laughed.

"So Chan is your friend I'm guessing?"

"Unfortunately."

Jeongin let out a hum of acknowledgment as he started scanning his items.
"He's cute. Is he single?"

Changbin almost spluttered but caught himself with a cough.

"Very much so, why do you ask? Planning on asking him out?"

"If he's free range then I don't see why not. Hot Australian guys are soooo my type," Jeongin laughed sarcastically.

"Very straightforward are we?"

"Why bother with far away pining when I can go after something myself. I don't like beating around the bush."

"I'm sure Chan will be very excited to hear that. I'll let you do it on your own though. I don't wanna ruin the fun."

"Thanks hyung I appreciate it," Jeongin said after handing him the bag full of his purchased items.

"I'll see you around?"

"You come here every week, I can't miss you."

"I'm sorry, just what on earth were you talking to the love of my life about for so damn long?" Chan said as Changbin exited the shop.

"Maybe if you didn't get piss scared of him you'd be able to talk to him too."

"I'm not scared! He's just really cute." Changbin swore that if Chan got any more lovey dovey, he'd have to gouge his eyes out and rip out his eardrums.
"Gross."

Chan was such a lovesick boy.
