Tightening the bag on your shoulder you continue walking. Pulling out your phone and checking your messages to discover nothing really new; some spam and messages about what some of your favorite people are up to. Shoving the phone back in your pocket you carry on. Looking up at the white fluffy clouds and the sun over your shoulder it was a good day for a walk. A song skipped on your player so pulling your phone back out to see what the problem was.
The app indicates no problem and continues playing. Shrugging it off you put your phone back and take more steps. You've gone down these streets several times both on and off foot. Getting really into the next song you begin to do a few little dance moves and bob your head. Taking a glance around and not seeing anyone around you fall deeper into your groove.
Shaking it a little more you do a spin as you toss your hair then abruptly stop when you see old man Smithers down the road. Running your fingers through your hair then you give him a little wave. He just shakes his head and slowly makes his way back into his house. Continuing to listen to your playlist as a gentle breeze tickles your face. A few more steps in and you fumble a little but recover quickly. Looking back you see a rock and smile a little, "not today," you whisper to yourself. Hearing screeching breaks you look up.
A jeep pulled up and you looked over to see him behind the wheel. Not in his usual suit under his coat you look at him confused. He holds out his hand, "come with me if you want to live."

"Cas?" putting your hand on your forehead above your eyes. "I don't have time to explain now, just trust me and get in." You look at his hand for what seems like minutes then you walk towards the jeep. Stepping on the frame he takes your hand and pulls you into the seat. "Damn Cas, what's the emergency?" He throws it in drive and floors it, "I'm from an alternate time and it was shifted because of something that happened in your time, your past. I've come back to stop it from happening."
You hold on as he drives, "wait... what happens?" He clenches his jaw and keeps an eye on the road. "Cas... what happens," you try to get his attention but his focus stays on the road. Grabbing the wheel you pull it so be slams on the breaks and stops on the shoulder and parks it. "Damnit Cas what happens?!?" He squints at you then takes a deep breath and looks over at you, "Sam dies."
You look at him wide eyed as he throws it back in drive and getting back on the road. "Wait," you shake it off, "he's died before but he always comes back." Coming to a stop light he hangs his head, "I haven't seen him in over forty-five years. Dean." his voice cracks, "he's not the same." You reach over and touch his shoulder, "I want you to tell me everything."
"After they took you in because in this universe you became a hunter and grew quite fond of them." He looks over at you and you nearly take offense the way he's looking at you. "They are good guys so it makes sense why I'd like them. And they prepared me for-" "You slept with them on a regular basis and that might have caused some jealousy between them," he glances at you with a raised eyebrow. "What? No, I mean I might have thought about it but I'd never..." "Well in this alternate universe, you do." You clear your throat, "so uh... have we ever?" "No," he smirks, "but you've tried."
"Oh... sorry about that. So why have you come to this universe to get me?" He chuckled a little at first, "because I've tried several times to prevent certain steps from happening but your alternate self, not matter how many times I start over the same outcome happens. So I've taken my universe's you out and am bringing in a more ethical version of yourself. You can save Sam."

You sit there wide eyed as he drove the jeep. "Wait... so my other self is a giant slut and you need me to do what exactly? Not jump in bed with them?" "Well I wouldn't say you are a... okay it fits but there's a little more to it than that." You look over at him, "then why don't you tell me what I need to do, so I can avoid Sam's death." He grips the wheel tighter, "it's not like that. I can't see everything."
