You have to realize.

Find us.

Little one.

"Come here." A little boy's voice echoed.

My eyes opened slowly.

"We're here."

The white ceiling had me blinded due to the fluorescent lights. I sat up, looking for the little boy who had spoken. There was a woman peering down at me with Damyan. "Are you alright?" He asked.

I blinked quickly trying to understand my surroundings.

The woman sighed a bit relieved then grabbed my wrist while checking her watch. Her chocolate skin had me furrowing my eyebrows. A black person at last? Seeing Damyan had me fell a tad bit sane.

I sat up watching the woman as she muttered something to herself. "Where am I?"

"The healing area."

I looked around the room. I saw a comfy looking chair in the corner of the room. I realized that I was in a hospital with my own room. The window was opened letting fresh air enter the room and softly blow against my skin. The walls had a soft cream color. I sat on fluffy whiteness.

The black woman wore a soft pink shirt and black jeans. Her hair a beautiful light brown, rested in a pony tail while her bang fell over her forehead. Her eyelids showed she wore makeup as well as her glossed lips."You sure can sleep."

I blinked at the beautiful woman then covered my mouth embarrassed. My face blazed. "Was I snoring?" That's odd, I usually dream of the river. "How long was I asleep?" I got to my feet, stepping on grass. This is clearly a building, what's with the grass?

I studied the tile confused trying to understand what was going on. Fresh green grass at that.

Why is there only grass surrounding this mattress thing, and what is it made of? It's as if I sank right into it (Seriously is this a huge marshmallow pretending to be a bed?)

I took in all of this as my feet touched the floor/grass.

"You've been...asleep for 3 days." She said pausing watching for my reaction.

"A whole three days?" Oh, man. That's a coma. Why was I out for so long?

Just then, Dontae and Lemont walked through the door. "Ah. You're awake." Lemont stated calmly while Dontae glared with fury.

"You idiot. He could've killed you." Dontae growled glaring at me.

I flinched back. He obviously doesn't know how to say hello to someone. "Who?"

"Kory."

Kory. Kory...Kory? Who? Who the heck is Kory? "Who is that-" It all rushed back to me, the anger seeming to be even sharper. "He killed my father, right in front of me!" I yelled unable to control my anger.

"He's too powerful for you-Come here!" He said, but walked up to me and pulled my shirt up.

I glared. Could he at least ask before doing that? I think I've already concluded he has no manners what so ever.

If only I could kick him in his face. Just in his face!

His silver eyes lifted to mine making me gulp at the usual hostility."That's why. So you are an element user!"

Oh yeah."Yeah I use water." Somehow, which isn't something I could do before.

"You use everything." The woman said shivering.
