It's been a few days since Atsushi was given a break from work and ever since then Akutagawa has kept Atsushi inside the house also considering his concern of Atsushi trying to fake his emotions and he has caught him being more depressive lately so he dedicated himself to make sure he was ok until he saw him getting better a few days later he eventually had less ptsd attacks and way less panic attacks so he started to calm down a bit

Though Akutagawa wanted to stay with Atsushi a bit longer his boss wanted him to do some jobs since he's had a long break from the mafia

Aku pov:

It was early in the morning late 6 at least I put a note saying I'll be gone until hoping 7 if not 8 after then I finished getting ready and went to work

When I got there Nakahara -San someone I honestly saw as a mother was with the new member kind of making me slightly jealous "Hey Akutagawa get your ass over here and meet the new recruit" I walked casually to a man he seemed my age with black long hair in a long ponytail with causal clothing  I could barely see their eyes from there head being down a bit I walked to to him "nice to meet you I am Ryūnosake Akutagawa" I said shaking his hand "Karia  Takazumi" he said shaking my hand "Me and Karia was just going to a meeting to meet boss since he's already seemed to be getting lost I decided to help so he won't look like a idiot wandering around carelessly" Chuuya said teasing him "well I'll be heading to my office Chuuya-San "I bowed my head "we'll see you till then..." Chuuya said walking and waving back

Time skip:3 days later

It was about 2 hour until boss said I could leave luckily with the new recruit and not much going on I wasn't really needed especially with Karia's talent of controlling technology meaning he was a good hacker to the mafia it seemed like the boss didn't really care about the new organization anymore most likely because he saw it was not effective to the mafia anymore

It was weirdly peaceful saying I did do much other than paperwork I tried to avoid any killing jobs considering the promise I make with Jinko I may not want to kill him anymore but I wonder if listening to Jinko will actually make Dadaist-San finally realize how strong I've become

After what seemed like hours I was finally let off for the night while passing by to make it back to my place I see a sale for some movie DVD's I look through some and I found a nice one "maybe me and Jinko can watch it together  it seemed like a good movie to watch to relax though Jinko seemed better he does need a break considering how suddenly he's changed I grabbed some snacks to go with it since I know no matter how much Jinko denied it he does love to eat though sometimes I have to remind him or he will starve himself halfway to death

I began to walk back to the house holding snacks and a DVD realizing how Jinko's  hallucinations has gotten worse which was concerning but I knew I could just hope he didn't have a panic attack because of them while I was gone

When I got home everything was quiet there was no Tv nothing

Jinko I'm home I yelled to see if I got a response but there was none

I put the things on the counter was Jinko sleep I thought I mean it is 8:40 isn't a bit to early normally when I'm out of work early I'd at least get a "hello"

I walked to the bedroom it was dark too dark I turned to turn on the light "damn Jinko I know you can see in the dark because your ability but at least keep one light on"I said switching it on

When I looked behind me I felt my heart drop something came over me...

"Atsushi?" I ask looking at his limp body dangling from the chandelier above him

I didn't know what to do there was a note it said

I used Rashomon to cut the rope and I caught him in my arms I slid down panicked his body limp in my arms "Hey Jinko wake up"I shake him slightly he doesn't respond "hey wake up damn it" I aggressively shook him"tears fall from my face I check his pulse

Doing so calmed me down a bit he was still alive I let out a sigh of relief I hug on to him making sure I don't let him go then I grab his phone calling anyone that I could coincidentally I called Yasano the ADA's doctor

Atsushi did you need anything?

It's me Akutagawa I'll explain later just come quick

At this point I didn't care if the ADA knew where I lived as long as Atsushi was safe

I'd advise you not to bring the children unless you want them  traumatized  just come ASAP
