Akutagawa's pov:

I got something for Jinko to eat and got him a movie he said he was interested in and a few groceries then went home when I got there it was a bunch of dead men wearing olive green cloaks then Kyouka

me and her are still not on good terms which I fully understand her opinion on me she only respects that I take care of Jinko...

"What the hell"I say dropping my bags in a pool of blood I rushed to Kyouka sitting her on a bench that sat near the shoe rack and grabbed some bandages "who did this" I said grabbing some more supplies I looked in her eyes she seemed traumatized "Atsushi..."she said quietly

I had a bunch of questions but I knew I had to help her first "you still know how to bandage yourself right" " of course I do I've been shot before..." she said grabbing the stuff "besides I was only shot in my side..." I turned around kicking a corpse inside so I could close the door

I looked the opposite way as Kyouka started trying to heal her self everything dense and Awkward especially the fact they were sitting in the middle of a literal bloodbath...

"What happened...why did he do this..." I mumbled "I don't know much myself...I got him some food then went to the door the leave until it was locked picked and men shot at me I was able to fend them off a bit but when I summoned demon snow I was shot with some sort of poison in my side making her disappear and making me weak Atsushi grabbed me and lots of men surrounded us with guns and Atsushi started crying...then I guessed he snapped... I don't know what happened he just got quiet then attacked them all nothing was the same about him he was emotionless his eyes even looked different....so he killed them all then a man came to take Atsushi..."

It was quiet for a long time while I processed this information until I heard quiet sniffles I turned to see Kyouka wiping her face I sighed "it's not your fault you did everything you could" I said trying to comfort her "why do you care!you never cared about my well-being all I am is a tool to you!" She said yelling at me balling up her fist tears streaming down her face "if you want my honest answer it's because I see how Atsushi see's you as his daughter so I care about what happens to you...he would most likely literally kill me if I let you die.."

She wiped her face "let's just hurry I can't afford to lose him..." she said leaving the bloody house "me neither..." I whispered feeling guilty that I left him for too long we hurried to the agency where Kyouka was healed professionally by Yosano and I told everything that happened within the last hour

Everybody was already busy with trying to find Ranpo and now this made everything more complicated...Chuuya was there too since he's been forced to work with them along with me

Everyone was silent even Dazai-San was surprised "I never knew the kid had the guts to do anything like this..." Chuuya mumbled "I guess our only thing we can do is split up and try to look for them one good thing is I got a idea of where  Ranpo is from this tape" Kunikida said holding up a video tape

In it it showed the short detective tied up his face bleeding baldy his outfit stained in blood but a window behind him revealed lights that looked like a familiar cafe I took Jinko as a date

"All we need to figure out is where those lights-" Kunikida tried to explain but was cut of by me "it's the cat cafe lights that place is near a place that goes underground that was shut down a while ago" I said pointing at the bright yellow lights that seemed to blink in a specific manner "well I guess we should all go there first if anything Ranpo will Likley know where Atsushi is especially with those bad of injuries ..." "ok then..." I sighed
