We were out of the waterfall. Looking around the place where Lily took us.
"Can you smell me?" Lily asked me and Audrey.
"*chuckles* Of course, everyone can. And with your cape you smell like butterfly milk" Audrey said, making Lily laugh.
"I'll take the compliment, but now close your eyes" she said.
I closed my eyes and I could still see Audrey and Lily.
"You don't need your eyes open to see" Lily said. Suddenly I could hear everything, like wind flowing through the tufts of the trees, Barb-a-loots snoring and fishes swimming.
"Wow, I can hear things clear now" I said amazed.
"Yeah, we wolves have a good hearing. Finally, you now have four legs, you can run and jump really fast!" Lily said and started running. I looked at Audrey who was excited.
"Come on!" Audrey said and started running too.
"Hey! Wait for me!" I said and run behind them.

After we ran for almost an hour, we ended up in the highest part of the forest where the trunk was.
"Well townies, I think we ran for all the forest" Lily said catching her breath.
"So the forest IS small like you said before" Audrey said.
"I know thanks to that dirty greedy Greedler, but if someone wants to make it smaller, I will scare him off!" Lily said and growled at us joking and we climbed to the trunk and sit down.
"Who is the Greedler?" Audrey asked her.
"My daddy told me he was the one who chopped down the half of the forest, so he and mommy stopped him...but they couldn't fix the damage he did. But that's not important anymore" Lily said.
"So..How about that?" Lily said and I looked forward and my wolf vision showed me a lot of smoke, even in the town.
"A lot of smelly stuff and people there" Lily said smirking.
"Hey, we are in there you know?" I said chuckling and push her a little.
"Fast asleep, snoring away" she said, fake snoring loudly and then Audrey and I laughed until she stopped fake snoring.
"Here is amazing...but I think Ted and I are scared Lily" Audrey said.
"Yeah..the town is no place for a wolf" Lily said and we kept looking at the town.
"I know, when my mom saw me, that almost gave her a heart attack, literally." I said and then remember what Mom said.
"Lily, you won't believe it, but my mom said that there are rumors that the mayor caught two wolves! You think your parents might be-" I talked but Lily got up a little glaring at me.
"No! Nobody can catch my mommy and daddy" Lily said sitting again and pout angrily.
"...Sorry" I said, even though she is being a stubborn, I know she miss them a lot.
"How long they've been gone Lily?" Audrey asked.
"Since......They are alright! They will come back soon.....they promised" Lily said trying to look happy, even though that silence was saying otherwise, they must have been gone for too long now. Then I thought of something she can get happy with it.
"Well don't worry, wherever they are we will find them, we can help you right Audrey?" I said looking at Audrey and she smiled and nod.
"You are right! We are three now!" Lily said getting up moving her tail happily.
"Tomorrow we can come back and start searching" I said.
"I'll be waiting for you then" Lily said.
"Lily we will find them and you can finally reunite with your mom and dad" Audrey said.
"Promise?" Lily said.
"We promise" I said and snuggle under her head as a hug and Audrey joined too.
After that, we said goodbye to her and ran away.
"Poor Lily, she really miss her parents" Audrey said as we were walking.
"Yeah, and she is just a kid. But I have to be honest, I think they were caught." I said. We kept walking until the Lorax appeared in front of us.
"Woah! Can you stop doing that?!" I said.
"Sorry, but...I heard what you were talking with Lily" he said.
" You are worried about her parents too?" Audrey asked him.
"Of course....Lily's mom is my daughter...if you have met her before she went off *chuckles* you would really like her, so kind, a loving mother...and she sang to all the creatures and made this place feel so calm and gentle" Lorax said looking at the sky.
"...What are their names?" I asked him too.
"Her name is Rosemary and Lily's dad Onceler" he said.
"Onceler? That's a curious name" Audrey said.
"Yeah, I call him Beanpole, he is fun and dumb sometimes, but he is an excellent father for Lily" Lorax said.
".....You want to know something? But please, don't tell Lily....the Greedler that she told you about....never died....he is her dad" Lorax said and Audrey and I gasped.
"He faked his death to save the forest and start a new life here, and he did! But he didn't want Lily to know he caused all that damage outside...so he calls his greedy self like that and made up a story for her to believe. You know, what you actually do with kids" he said.
"..... I know this is serious but....can you tell us...what happened that made Lily's parents to leave?" Audrey asked him and he sighed.
