Chapter 16: The seed and a new wolf

Narrator's POV

When Audrey got in the village she started sniffing the air to see Ted's Scent and get to him. She followed the scent as she was running but then some bodyguards stopped her way pointing at her with their guns. She got surprised and when one of them shoot, she jumped high to dodge the bullet. When she landed to the ground she run up the houses' ceilings even though the bodyguards kept shooting at her and she was dodging it. Meanwhile Ted with Mike and Granny Norma kept driving and the mayor kept following them.

"Whoa! Ted look out!" Granny Norma shouted pointing at the elevator in front of them. Ted immediately stopped but got inside the elevator and immediately press the elevator's button to close the door.

"Nobody beats Aloysius O'hare!"  O'hare yelled running to them but when he got there the doors closed and they went up.

When they got on the top of the building they got into the edge.

"Oh! This is NOT good! How's the seed doing?" Ted asked and Mike took the seed out, looking fine. But while he was doing that, O'hare watched him looking at the seed through the binoculars. He takes a gun shaped device and shoot the cable, it just barely missed Ted and the aligator got in the frame of a big fan.

"Haha! Loser!" Granny Norma shouted at O'hare.

"Ohohoho, really?" he shouted and with the aligator he moved the fan and made the seed float.

"Oh no! The seed!" Ted yelled.

"You go with your grandma! I'll try to get it and maybe stop them too!" Mike said getting off the electric bike and run down of the building while Ted with his grandma tried to get the seed.

Back in the cave, Lily looked around to get ready to do the spell.

"Do it Lily, I believe in you" Lorax said and being in front of the creatures of the forest.

Lily took a deep and started howling. Her hands released sparks and she raised them up. The wolves started howling with her as her magic was coming out as a form of her wolf form. The cave's paintings started glowing as the spell was working, for now....

As Mike tried to follow the seed he then heard bang sounds and then saw Audrey as wolf running on the ceilings, trying to escape from them. But then she tripped on the edge of a ceiling, she fell making crying dog noises and hit the ground.

"The wolf! Get it!" one of the bodyguards said as Audrey wiggle to get up and looked around to get away but didn't have a way to go, she was trapped.

Mike saw the wolf and his vision changed again and showed were Audrey was as a human, then he realized that wolf was Audrey in trouble.

"Stop! She's just a girl!" Mike said but the bodyguards ignored him and Audrey looked very scared making crying noises.

At that, Mike's heartbeat started to race and beat so fast from getting so upset. Suddenly he felt a headache and fainted but something else happened.

When the bodyguards were about to shoot her, a big wolf pushed them away from her. The bodyguards and even Audrey got surprised but then saw a big brown wolf grunting at them.

"M...Mike?" Audrey said shocked as she found out her brother became a Wolfwalker too.

"Audrey Go!" Mike said to her but since she only could understand him, for the bodyguards he barked. Audrey followed his orders and escaped, leaving him fighting the bodyguards.

Meanwhile, Ted and Granny Norma still were trying to get the seed, but O'hare was faster. The seed fell inside a gallon of air where the delivery guy was about to pick it up.

"Hey Hey! Watch the road you idiot!!" O'hare screamed to one of his bodyguards who was driving a delivery truck. He immediately stopped but made all the gallons of air fall, including the one with the seed.

Ted looked at the gallons falling down and knew he had to catch but also the mayor was behind it. O'hare grabbed the gallon with the seed but his hand got tangled in the top of it.

"Oh come on! Get this thing out!" he said to one of his bodyguards and he tried pull it.

Ted accelerates to get closer to O'hare, he looked at the kid getting close.

"Ha! Come here Teddy! You don't have the guts!" O'hare laughed.

"Ted careful!!" Granny Norma said.

Ted suddenly pushed aside the electric motorcycle, causing it to duck as well. When he passed underneath O'hare and the bodyguard, Granny Norma used her cane to pull the gallon of O'hare's hand and took it. Ted and Granny got it so happy and drove to the main park.
