Ricky and Eunjin sat together on their living room couch. The couple shared a blanket, watching a kdrama with the lights off. The only light in the room was the brightness of the television.
A kiss scene came on and Ricky looked over at his wife. She glanced up at him and started laughing, knowing what he was trying to tell her.
"We should make out right now," he told her, knowing she would agree to do so.
"Mmmm, give me five good reasons to" she played with him.
"One, I love you" he started to list out the reasons.
"I love you too, but give me four more cause this is fun."
"Two, the mood is great for us to make out" Ricky went on. "Three, I'm hot and I know you like to kiss me."
"Okay, glad that you acknowledge it" she said. "And does that count as one?"
"No, that was three and four" he responded. "And lastly I wanted to earlier but that would've been weird to make out in front of your parents."
"Fair point,"
Eunjin leaned in closer towards him, their mouths contacting. She pressed her lips onto his, loving the feel. The heavily pregnant woman leaning in closer, her body pressing against his. Eunjin considered telling him that his lips tasted good but decided to keep that thought to herself, not wanting to make things weird.
The couple continued to make out for a while, their kdrama still playing in the back. Neither of them were paying attention to it. Their attention was only on the other.
"What am I gonna do when she's born?" Ricky asked, referring to their unborn daughter. Eunjin pulled away for a quick moment in order to listen to him. "She's going to steal you from me. And I swear when she's going to be asleep is gonna be when I'm at work."
"Then I'll just steal you back" Eunjin pulled him closer, kissing him once more.
