You Will Be Mine

Chapter 16

Alex's POV

I go to my house a while later, without Jasper again, because he wanted to spend do some time with his brothers, and I'm tired, so I told them that I will be going back, after I stayed with them for a few hours.

When I open the door, I can smell that only Edward is here, so Oliver most likely took the kids for a walk as he usually does.

I decide to sit with him in the living room, and we watch the football game silently.

But about half an hour later, I start to feel sick, so I stand up, and I run towards the bathroom.

I reach the toilet in time to throw up, and I decide to sit on the floor for a while longer, in case that I will have to throw up again.

But when I don't get sick for the next few minutes, I stand up, and I wash my face with some water.

"Let's got to the hospital." Edward says, which scares me enough to take a few steps back, because I didn't realise that he was here.

"What are you doing here?" I ask him with a groan.

"I wanted to see if you're alright." He tells me.

"I'm fine now, I don't have to go to the pack hospital, I'm sure that the Doctor has more important things to." I say, and I push past him, so I can walk out of the bathroom.

"Are you pregnant?" He asks me.

"How am I supposed to know that?" I ask him harshly, before I start to feel bad about it. "Sorry." I say.

"It's fine." He assures me. "Is there a possibility that you're pregnant?" He asks, specifying his question.

I just nod my head, not feeling comfortable with this conversation.

"Then we should go to the hospital to confirm it, and if you're not pregnant, then you will have to stay there for a while, so the Doctor can find out why you were sick." He tells me, but I ignore him, and I walk into the living room, to sit on the couch.

He doesn't follow me, which makes me frown, because I expected him to drag me to the hospital.

He comes here a few seconds later, with a glass of water, which he gives me, and I take it happily.

When I drink all of the water, I set the glass in the small table that is next to the couch.

And then he looks at me with a frown, as if expecting something from me.

"What?" I ask him.

"We're going to the hospital." He tells me firmly, and I shake my head.

"I was there not very long ago, and I have enough of that place already." I tell him, before I turn to look at the TV.

He sighs in frustration, so I think that he decided that it's not worth arguing with me.

But then he comes over, and he grabs my arm, before he pulls me up, and he starts to drag me out of the house, while I groan in annoyance.
