Jasper's POV

My father had apologised to me for accusing me of beating Brett.

It has been over two weeks since Brett woke up, and I had seen him a few times.

I went to his hospital room the same day that Alex told me that he's awake.

And week ago he got out of the hospital, so we were hanging out every few days since then.

To be honest Brett isn't my best friend, and most likely never will be, but I enjoy his company.

Especially because I can go out of my house without anyone when I'm going to be with Brett, so he's kind of a life saver.

Brett also apologised for all the trouble that I have faced after I helped him, but I assured him that it wasn't his fault.

But Don and Lee didn't apologise for hitting me, and I really doubt that they ever will, even though Alex said that Don was feeling guilty for it.

Sadly, I still have to go to the therapy every other day, and my family along with my mate are watching me all the time, which makes me go crazy.

It's like they think that I will kill myself if they will take their eyes off of me for longer than a few seconds.

Which isn't true, because I really don't intend to ever hurt myself again, although I will most likely start to consider killing myself if that will keep watching my every move.

Today, my brothers decided that we will have a brother's day, so they dragged me out of the house, without my agreement, and now they're forcing me to walk through the woods.

"What do you even want to do?" I ask them, and Calum shrugs.

"How about climbing some trees?" Stephan asks, and I groan.

"Are we five?" I ask, and he nods.

"We can be today." He tells me with a proud smile, he most likely things that he said a very smart thing, so I decide to let him think that.

"Can't we go to the city instead?" I ask.

"We wanted to, but dad didn't agree, so we will have to stay here." Calum says.

"Whatever." I say.

I'm not surprised that dad doesn't want me to go to the city, especially without him, he barely lets me go to the school, which is near the pack house.

So, we decide find a good tree to climb on, and a while later I remember that I know where one is, so I lead my brothers there.

But when were about halfway there, I hear something weird, so I look at the direction of the noise  and I see that the tree is falling straight on me.

Thankfully my brothers didn't hear anything, and they're already a bit ahead of me.

I try to run towards them, but I don't manage to run fast enough, so I quickly fall to the ground, when I hear that the tree is about to hit me.
