You Will Be Mine

Chapter 19

Jasper's POV

"Come here guys." Dad says, gesturing for us to go to the living room.

We look at each other again, before we decide to follow him, and we sit on the couch, which is inform of the one that he's sitting on.

"How much did you hear?" He asks us.

"Form the moment that mom said that Stephan should be the Alpha instead of me." I tell him, and he nods.

"Well, I'm sure that you already know that she won't be coming back anymore, so I guess that it will be just us from now on." He tells us.

"Doesn't this mean that you will die now?" Calum asks worriedly, but dad shakes his head.

"She wasn't my mate, I never found my mate, and neither did she." Dad tells us.

"Goddess." I say, I really didn't expect that I will get to know thank many things today, and my head is starting to hurt from all the information.

"So, I'm not your biological son?" Stephan asks him, and I can see that his eyes are begging dad to say that it's not true.

"No, but this won't change anything between us. Would it?" Dad asks him.

Stephan shakes his head, before he rests his back against the couch, and he groans.

"Why can't your lives be normal?" He asks, and I laugh.

"Normal means boring." I tell him with a gentle hit to his chest, hoping that it will make him feel a bit better about this situation.

"Alright boys, I'm sorry that you had to hear it, but I hope that you know that I don't want you to contact your mother.

I have a bad feeling about her, and I don't want her to be here anymore.

I let her stay too long anyway, I should have kicked her out of the pack lands a long time ago." He says.

"We won't contact her." Calum says, and then he looks at Stephan and I for agreement, so we nod.

"Can I ask something?" Stephan asks dad.

"Of course." Dad tells him.

"Were you with her just to have kids?" He asks, and dad looks at him for a while, most likely thinking about what to say.

"Yes and no." He says. "I needed a heir, so I had to find someone to carry my kids, because I was getting older, and I still didn't find my mate.

I liked her at first, and we were happy when we had Jasper, but a few weeks after he was born, she got pregnant again, and then she told me that it wasn't my kid, and that she will be taking Jasper with her, to her new boyfriend's house.

But I didn't let her leave the house for a week, and then her boyfriend came to our apartment, and he threatened that he will kill me if I won't give her back.

I tried to close the door, so I could get my phone, and call the guards to take him to the cellars.

But he managed to get inside of the apartment, and he tried to stab me with a knife.

So, I took it from his hand, and I stabbed him, which made him bleed out." Dad explains.

"I need some rest." Stephan says.

"All of you should go to sleep." He tells us, and we nod in agreement.

Then we walk upstairs, and I enter my room, forgetting that I was meant to go back to my mate, because all I can think about is what I got to know today.
