Alex's POV

I wake up, and I frown when I realise that I'm in the hospital again, I have no idea what happened to me this time.

I try to figure out what's the last think that I remember, and I think that I wanted to see if Jasper was alright, because he didn't come back as he said that he will.

His father told me that he must have forgot, because that had a rough night, and he was tired.

I asked him about it, but he told me to ask Jasper if I want to know.

So, I left Isaac in the living room, then I went upstairs to Jasper's bedroom, and I found him sleeping.

I wanted to get in the bed behind him, but before I could, he turned around, and I don't remember anything else.

I lay on the hospital bed for a while, until the Doctor comes here, and he asks me how I feel, then he does a few examinations.

"What happened?" I ask him.

"You got hit in your head, and you were unconscious for almost a week." He tells me.

"Where's my mate?" I ask, but it's a bit painful, because my mouth is very dry.

The Doctor seems to notice it, and he gives me a glass of water, which I take quickly, and I drink the water quickly, before I give him the glass back.

"He will be here in a few hours, it's still very early." He tells me. "But I can call him to come here if you want, I kind of promised him that I will, but I won't if you need some more rest." He say.

"You can call him, he will be angry at you for not doing it, and I want to see him." I tell him, so he nods, and he walks out of the room.

I close my eyes for a while, to rest them, but I end up falling asleep again, although I wake up when the door opens, and my mate comes inside.

"I'm sorry." He tells me, and I frown.

"Why?" I ask him, not knowing why he's apologising.

"Because I got scared, and I hit you." He says.

"Why did you get scared?" I ask him curiously.

He takes a deep breath, and he sits on the edge of the bed, before he tells me what happened that night.

I frown again, not believing that something like this could happen.

"Seriously?" I ask him, and he nods.

"So, when you walked inside of my room, I thought that it was my mother who wanted to kill me, and I panicked." He tells me, and I nod in acknowledgement.

"It's alright, I'm not angry at you, I shouldn't have masked my scent." I say.

"And why did you mask it?" He asks.

"Oliver told me to do it, because it was already dark, and he didn't want me to get beat or something, I don't really remember what he said exactly." I say, and he nods.
