Wednesday started to feel a little bit different. She would cut time out of writing time to do something else. She would play the cello less and wouldn't long to play it when she felt sad or angry.

Things were starting to change.

And that was the one thing that Wednesday feared. Change.

She always had her life planned. Her schedule always followed. But now? Her writing time is cut short most of the time. Mostly because of writers block. And her cello solos would be one every 2 weeks.

Her sleep schedule even changed. She would start to sleep even earlier or later into the night, depends on her mood. And she would wake up later than usual. This won't effect her studies since she usually wakes up 4:30 AM. Hair takes a little more time than you think Wednesday would spend her time on.

Then her feelings started to change with a certain someone.

Her roommate, Enid Sinclair. That dorky, lovable werewolf. At first, Wednesday despised her, all the brightness and colors that radiated off of her. Disgusting. But later on, she got use to it. And she even..longed for the brightness and the color that Enid was packaged with.

Her face would erupt in red and she would become sweaty. Wednesday never sweats. This was too much for Wednesday to handle. And too much for Wednesday was 10x more than a regular person can handle. So why did this bother her so much?

Wednesday had never really been afraid of growing up, since she acted like 46-year old woman with a bunch of cats when she was 5 years old. her first words being;

"Mother, can you pass me the salt?"

This has been going on for a few days and Wednesday started to get worried. Once she was lost in thought while her hands hovering over her typewriter. And Enid stood next to her, Wednesday hands became a little moist, and she was afraid if she was even breathing correctly, not wanting to be embarrassed with Enid here.

And there was one time where Wednesday just couldn't handle it anymore.

Wednesday sat against her bed and started tearing up, she tried to fight against it, she really tried. But failed. So she sat there whimpering and sniffling a little. Wiping her tears since she didn't want to stain her favorite sweater.

"Hey Will-" Enid opened the door and looked around for a bit while saying those words. Enid found Wednesday and she was desperately trying to wipe her tears. But even if she was successful, her bloodshot eyes and slightly red nose would have given it away.

"What- Wai- What happened?" Enid said, speed walking to Wednesday and sat next to her, Wednesday latched onto her like a parkside. Enid put her arm around Wednesday and rubbed her arm.

"What happened, Willa?" Enid asked softly. Wednesday sniffles for a bit.

"I'm afraid of change." Wednesday said.

"Everything in my life has gone south. My sleeping schedule is just non-existent. I cut my writing time short. I'm feeling feelings I've never had before." Wednesday started to tear up all over again.

"Shhh, shhh. Breath, Wednesday." Enid said, she couldn't help but kiss Wednesday's forehead. Looking to see if Wednesday was uncomfortable with it. But all she saw was a bit of red dusted on her cheeks. Enid smiled.

"Everything changes, Wednesday. That's just life. And You can't really do anything to stop it. Remember when I couldn't wolf out? Berthing changed. My family thought of me as a disappointment, and my pack buddies never hanged out with me anymore." Enid said, Wednesday stopped crying and was now listening to Enid.

"But sometimes, change could lead to good." Enid said, looking down at Wednesday and wiped a tear at her cheek.

"Just know, that I'm always here with you every step in the way." Wednesday for once smiled. And it was a beautiful sight to see. Enid will always remember that smile. Eventually, Wednesday grew tired of that crying and fell asleep on Enid. Enid didn't mind and put a blanket over them.

"Goodnight, Wednesday."
