"Oh god my head.."

The corners of Dean's lips quirked upwards into a smile, turning around in his chair he faced Cas who was writhing around the bed with his hands on his head like he was in pain.

Dean himself had woken up almost two hours ago and decided to study at the desk not wanting to leave Cas alone. "Someone's finally awake."

Cas pushed himself up and swung his legs over the side of the bed to sit up, groaning loudly at the pounding in his head. "Woah, easy Cas." Dean rushed over to him, "According to Jo you were really knocking 'em back."

"Ugh.. I didn't do anything embarrassing did I?"

A smile played on Dean's face. "Depends.."

"Dean.."

"Don't worry I found it adorable- especially when you tried to get us to have sex."

Cas covered his face in embarrassment. "Oh no." He shook his head, "I don't even remember anything."

"Really? Because I remember you grabbed my dick- and I'm quoting here- professed being 'so horny for me'" He laughed when Castiel automatically groaned, embarrassed by himself.

"Why did you go to that party anyways? You aren't really a party person- or at least I thought you weren't."

"I suppose I just wanted to experience it?" He exhaled tiredly, pushing his hair back as he ran a hand through it. "I'm still not that sure myself."

"And?"

"And.. it was alright- well the parts I can recall at least."

"Uh huh, and how exactly did you get so drunk?"

Cas yawned involuntarily. He felt too hungover for a real conversation. "It was an accident.. sort of. An accident including a lot of punch and.. very many shots."

"Shots?" Deans eyes bugged a little. "-Well I'm not mad- I promise.. you can do what you want Cas- obviously. Hell I'm glad you wanted to branch out a little."

"I should've called you I know.. it's just you have so much to deal with I want to make you feel better not be another problem to fix."

"Hey- you could never be a problem." Then something hit him. "Do I make you feel that way? Am I too.. overprotective?"

"You aren't 'over' anything." Sighing deeply he looked up at Dean and kissed him. Smiling he said. "I promise."

"Okay." Dean believed him. Cas frowned, he blinked a bit, looking closely at Dean. "Hmm you look very cute today. Something is- oh! You're wearing your glasses."

"Woah hey- wanting to be able to see is not cute!"

"Mmhm, you are correct," He adjusted the thin frames on Dean's face, "It's adorable."

Dean pushed his hand away, pouting he muttered, "Mean."

Castiel giggled. Dean paused momentarily, second guessing himself before just biting the bullet and asking his question. "..So what's the last thing you remember?

"Jo driving me here." Cas told him, "Everything else is.. foggy."

So Cas didn't remember the whole 'You're not like your father' speech.. Dean didn't know whether he was glad or upset Cas had forgotten. Maybe it was for the best, he wasn't fond of talking about feelings anyway.
