The next day I opened my eyes again feeling the strong sunlight on my face, I got up from my bed and walked to the kitchen to investigate if I had company, I was in doubt if Rita had returned home after what happened. I went to the living room and there was no one there, everything was very clean and tidy, so I walked to the kitchen, which was still intact, there were no notes, no messages on the answering machine, something very strange in the case of Rita. I ignored that strange event and decided to take a hot bath after a deep nap, I felt very energetic and wanted to see Amy.

After the hot shower and a few minutes of choosing my clothes, I took a few bites of toast and shot off to the hospital. Anna hadn't left me any messages on her cell phone, but I figured she would be too busy to pay attention to her phone.

In five minutes, I arrived at the hospital that after a few hours I discovered what it was and between very confident with high spirits, I was so anxious to get there that I had forgotten to bring flowers to Amy, however, that did not matter much taking into account the situation, I would have all the time in the world to give him many others. I got to the room as if by a miracle because I still didn't know how it was that I remembered the right number and knocked on the door out of courtesy. Immediately the same nurse who had been with Anna the day before opened the door for me.

— Good day. — She began.

— Good day. — I replied.

— She is waiting for you. — I clarifies.

— Thank you so much.

I responded by entering the room and finding her pretty face staring at me, her smile was weak but her gaze was firm and impenetrable as rock. My heart raced like a thousand and I felt like jumping on her to never let go again, my feet rushed to cover her with a huge bear hug, her skin was a little cold, taut and with many bruises, but her joy was there. intact, her cool lips kissed mine softly and then I sat on the side of her stretcher to talk.

— You do not know how much I miss you. — I confessed feeling how one of my eyes was tearing.

— Okay, I'm here now. — She said passing one of her hands over my cheek.

—You're freezing. I mused, taking her hands and blowing hot air between them to warm them up. — ¿Do you want me to ask the nurses to improve the heating?

I asked looking at the door of the room to notice that no one was there and it was closed, that surprised me a bit but I didn't give him much interest.

—I'm fine like this, believe me. — She asked effectively.

—¿When will you come home with me?

I still don't know, they keep doing some tests on me. — I clarify her.

—¿Because? ¿What's going on? — Ask with concern.

— It's nothing serious. — Explained the redhead. — I still have some wounds on my body and apparently some are infected, they are treating me with medication.

My face saddened and I couldn't help but feel a slight concern about what he was saying, I didn't quite understand what he was saying and no one seemed to want to explain it to me or at least notify me, no matter how small it was that was happening in his body, something in my interior told me that I should fear much more from its simplicity. She smiled at me again to try to calm my downcast soul, her lips were sweet and exciting, but she kept feeling that cold in my beloved's kisses.

—I love you. — She confessed herself. — With all my soul.

—I... — I began to say taking her hand and feeling the golden ring on her finger. — I love you like...
