Two months had passed since that day when the doctors had told us the shocking news that a strong and feisty princess was growing in Amy's womb, it could even be said that we were beginning to notice the good growth of the fetus as the days passed, still If, having been born, she was already an incredible and very intelligent girl, she had that ability to hear and respond with movements to each word that was said to her and sometimes so that we would not forget about her because of how hectic our lives could be, when it was appropriate to do the things to her. Amy's checkups let us see the little bumps of their positions in her mother's womb, there were even days when she did something as cute as letting us see for a few seconds the silhouette of her tiny hands. The doctors were impressed how her intelligence went far beyond any probability or theory, it was the first time they had a case like this and they still did not explain how she was still alive inside Amy, she seemed to give us to understand that everything was fine with her, but being careful not to hurt his mommy. Of course, those delicate movements did not happen when she listened to Sebastian talk to her or delicately caress her, she used to move from side to side completely crazy for him, as if there were a bunch of explosives inside Amy's belly that would try to penetrate the woman's skin.

Sebastian's progress seemed to be going very well and the arrival of the baby was the open door that he always saw closed, she motivated him to a certain degree that sometimes seemed to forget the state in which Amy was. Very often the doctor, accompanied by a group of specialist and non-specialist doctors, came to do routine check-ups on Amy to see her evolution in some experiments that she had been subjected to on some occasions, but everything remained the same, although well beyond all that protocol and the false excuse to visit, we were all almost sure that his main motivation for entering the room every hour with all that group of fellow guards was because of that little offspring. That baby had officially become the most anticipated daughter in the entire hospital and in almost half the city, the news of Amy was released by the local media after the doctor told an old friend of his that ran a news channel in the city, soon everyone began to hear the news of the small miracle to a case as impossible as that and although they were not allowed to enter the hospital, still everyone came daily to see and check Amy's condition and to leave small details. Many familiar faces came to visit Amy like Sebastian's old friend who was also Amy's former boss, Mike and others were almost sure that neither Sebastian nor Amy knew each other and upon hearing the news, everyone wanted to verify it with their own eyes. We all took care of it as if each of us had really placed a grain of sand to build it, as if we had been part of its creation. We all took care of her, we sang to her and talked to her constantly so that she felt all that love that her mother would give her, of course Sebastián gave him double what we offered him, but he was as impressive as every doctor who found out about Amy's case he was interested and clung to being part of the team. They were always there with us, giving their best and sometimes a group of them would get together to sing songs to the baby that, although it seemed something extraordinary and hard to believe, she seemed to love when they did it, it was incredible how we all worked together. and tirelessly for that little miracle that God was giving us. In a way Ellie gave us all some hope.

When all the fame of Amy was ending and people stopped suffocating us, in the midst of the routine care and affection, although at the same time paternal that we all gave Ellie, we received an unexpected visitor.

They knocked lightly on the door and as I was closer, I approached to open it, I took the handle and when I opened, I noticed a woman with light brown eyes all reddened, she was small and was trying to contain all that storm that was forming inside her, it seemed having had a bad night and crying for long hours. With a broken voice and trying to hold back crying, he spoke to me.

—¿Can I see my sister?

—Clear. I replied.

She entered little by little preparing for what she would find and everyone, seeing her so defeated, stopped abruptly and quietly moved away so she could get closer to Amy, she kept her sanity all those seconds and simply went to the side of the bed, I look at her as she passed her hand over her forehead over and over again and she cried in silence, we could barely hear her sharp and anguishing sobs. Seeing them, one next to the other, was like having a mirror with the same woman standing in front of it, it was surprising to see how Anna and Amy were very similar with the difference that Anna was redheaded and blue-eyed and Amy was redheaded with brown eyes, but apart from the color of their eyes and the age difference, you could have 2 equally beautiful women with the same face in front of you. The doctors and nurses who were in the room left in silence to give them privacy, leaving Sebastian and me with their company. Sebastian seemed uncomfortable with Anna's presence; it seemed as if he wanted to control something that wanted to get out of his chest.

— ¡Hey! ¿Are you ok? — I whispered having him next to me.

—He clarified her voice and answered. — Yes, I'm fine.

—¿Then what's wrong with you?

— I had forgotten to tell Anna about Amy's pregnancy.

He responded with regret, Anna wiped her nose with a tissue that she held in her hand and she looked at us to speak to us as tears welled up in her eyes.

—¿The baby is, okay?

I looked at Sebastian to hear what he would answer, but he simply looked at me and lowered his head without saying anything, Anna had been a bit absent from Amy's care due to travel, a relative had died and she had to fly out in an emergency, completely missing the news of the pregnancy. Quickly trying not to leave her with the question in the air, I looked at her and very calmly answered her.

Both are fine, he has been growing very strong.

She looked at Amy again, trying to be happy for the baby, but she still kept that sadness because of the mourning and the condition of her sister. Even caressing her hair and without moving from that position, she continued speaking.

—¿Why did not anyone tell me?

I ask something annoyed; I was able to hear Sebastian's thick sigh next to me and without looking at him I answered him.

It was wrong to do it, but we wanted you to grieve without further worries.

Sebastian seemed uncomfortable and at the same time he tried to be brave to face Anna's indignation. From the day he found out he was going to be a father, he was repressing everything that made him unhappy, even those most negative and dark thoughts that his mind produced. He tried to see the brilliant colors that his mental rainbow showed him because he knew he couldn't stop believing, but a small part of him knew that downtrodden worry and discouragement would knock on his door again. He was so sure that it was hard for him to have Anna in front of him not only noticing her strong resemblance, but also having to face that feeling of guilt for excluding her from news like that. Anna broke into a slight and controlled cry and walked to Sebastián and then hugged him and consoled his pain, she immersed herself so much in that hug that he slowly, without resisting her, reciprocated it and was carried away by a deep, calm and dense sea of tears accompanied by despair and helplessness. She let out what her heart had been keeping for months and that only the person closest to Amy managed to release.

The tears began to stop and after moving away from each other they wiped their faces, turned to Amy and without stopping to see her they spoke to each other.

—I'm glad you came home. I sure Amy miss you.

Sebastián commented more relieved as soon as we noticed at the same time the small movement of little Ellie inside Amy's womb. We all smiled and let out an occasional laugh of happiness that her presence produced in us and then Anna continued to speak.

—I think she's glad I'm here too.

That day after just staying silent with smiles on our faces and staring at Amy's belly as we caught up with everything the doctors reported to us. As night began to fall, I said goodbye to everyone including little Ellie and went home to rest allowing the family her own space.
