'Lake Street is clear',I said into comms as I stopped at the end of the street to try and catch my breath, I looked around the street to double check what I had just said,
'good morning Mrs Williams',
Deeks said, I was confused at first until I realised that one of the neighbours had wandered over to the house Deeks and I were staying in for our undercover op in the suburbs. I took a deep breath before running back to the house as fast as I could,
'hey baby there you are',
Deeks said opening his arms for me beginning to smile, I smiled at him,
'I don't think you want a hug I am fairly sweaty',
I said slightly laughing, Deeks shook his head,
'come here',
Deeks said pulling me into a hug, he planted a kiss onto my forehead. A small smile formed on my face,
'aw we really love having newlyweds in the neighbourhood you guys really bring the love',
Mrs Williams said to us. Mac's grip on me got tighter,
'Sorry guys I'm going to go have a shower',
I said wanting to get back inside, Deeks nodded his head,
'and I'm going to come in and make you breakfast',
Deeks said waving goodbye to Mrs Williams as we began to walk inside, I leaned into him,
'it better be a fucking good frittata'.
