"Hey y/n. Survived the rush?"

Upon hearing the familiar voice, I opened my eyes to see Changbin walking in with Seungmin, following shortly behind.

"Luckily, yes," I say lightly, giggling as they walk up to the counter.

"Sorry, I know the rush just ended, but everyone insisted we get coffee from here," Seungmin says

"Don't worry about it, can't blame them."

"So what can I get started for you guys?" I say, ready to take their order.

They began telling me what the other boys wanted and then ordered for themselves. I told them their drinks would be out soon. They nodded and took a seat at an empty table as I went to give Soobin the order and help him make half of the drinks.

Since they only got drinks I through in two brownies for Changbin and Seungmin for coming and getting the stuff. A bit later, I put the drinks in take out cup holders so it'll be easier for them and the brownies in a little bag. I walked over to their table and placed the stuff in front of them.

"Ah, thank y/n, uh wait, we didn't order brownies?" Changbin thanked and then questioned after looking into the bag

"Oh, it's on the house, and a thanks for that night," I say, a little embarrassed at the last part.

"Oh, it was nothing. Thanks for the brownies." Seungmin says, smiling at me.

"Well, I'll let you boys be off before the coffee gets too cold," I say as I bow and start walking away, but I don't get far after I felt a tug on arm. So I turned around making eye contact this Changbin, and he awkwardly let go of my arm.

"Sorry, I just wanted to ask what time you'll be getting off of work?" Changbin says, rubbing his nape.

"Oh, I'll be getting off pretty late today, sorry," I say lightly, smiling.

"Oh okay, well, let you get back to work then, see you tomorrow," Changbin says, and we all bow. They wave one last time before exiting the café.

I go to the back and just hang out with Soobin, helping him clean and just talking while we wait for customers.

Work went by pretty smoothly today. After the morning rush, there weren't really many people that came in after that. Just a few groups here and there, but otherwise, pretty calm.

Since I had nothing else to do today, I told Soobin I could work all day since it was most likely going to be calm. He had an appointment, so he couldn't stay all day, but he said Beomgyu was going to take over for him.

He asked if I would be able to handle working the rest of the day with Beomgyu, and even said that he would cancel his appointment just to stay, but I reassured him that I'd be completely fine.

After a while of him asking. I finally got him to leave to his appointment and not worry about me. I was only alone in the cafe for a brief moment before Beomgyu filled the building with a addicting cheerful aura.

"Y/n!! Your favorite person is hereeeee!" I heard Gyu say enter through the front door. I was in the back cleaning the counters but stopped after hearing Gyu.

"Hey Beom!" I walk out from the back and give him a hug.

"Dam, the morning rush, much have taken a toll on you, huh? You look like shit." Beomgyu says as I stare dead into his eyes, almost being able to see his soul.

"Thank you for the compliment," I say sarcastically and walk to the back. He giggled and ran past me, going to get ready for his shift.

He then came back out and helped me organize and set up the last few things I didn't do. We finished in the back, so I went up to the front cleaning the tables once again.
