"Only when Aemond proved himself
to be just as ferocious in protecting Stelsa would
AAERON SET HIS SWORD DOWN."

THE SUN HAD YET TO RISE when Stelsa begrudgingly awoke, her stomach soured at the thought of moving. She truly needed to lay off the wine. Her gray eyes slowly open, adjusting to her surroundings despite how dark it was. Stelsa was practically in the same position she had fallen asleep in — check pressed to Aemond's chest, arm sprawled out over his stomach, and her leg thrown over his one thigh before it went underneath the other one. She closed her eyes, trying to find the will to get up and head back to her chambers.

None came. If anything, she wanted to bury herself further into the bed with Aemond and never move.

Inhaling a deep breath, Stelsa began to pull her leg back slowly. Her breath caught when Aemond's hand shot out, grabbing her thigh and tugging her back. "And where do you think you're going?" Aemond's sleep-lined voice traveled through the air, causing Stelsa to unconsciously press herself back into him.

"It is the day of the hunt. We will be departing here soon and I believe I need a bath and some food before we do." Stelsa mumbled into his chest before she pressed a gentle kiss against his flesh in a way of appeasing him. It seemed to rouse the boy beneath her as his fingers began to run up and down her spine.

"If a bath and breakfast is what you desire, I will send for it." Aemond told her. It made her giggle.

"You will send for a bath for me in your own chambers? And breakfast? For the girl they do not know is in here?" Stelsa teased him, listening to the quiet laugh that fell from him.

"You can hide beneath the bed or in the hidden hall. Think about it, a warm bath all to yourself...breakfast with me...." He suggested making her smile. Stelsa used the leg wrapped around his waist to move, tugging the blanket with her as she came to sit on his thighs.

Aemond stared up at her with a lazy grin, hands massaging at her thighs that trapped his waist. He sat up, propping himself up with his pillows so he could stare at her with his darken eye. "How most appropriate to have me hide beneath the bed." Stelsa teased in a breath making Aemond grin.

"Would you prefer I call for them now?" Aemond glanced towards the door as he leaned forward, grinning at the way Stelsa flushed and glanced towards the door. "Suddenly you in the hall or beneath the bed seems like a better plan." Aemond teased, pressing his nose to the base of her throat. "...How are you feeling this morning?" His voice vibrates her skin with how close he was. She welcomed him, wrapping her arms around his shoulders to play with his messy silver hair. Stelsa feels his smile against her skin.

"Like I should never drink again." Stelsa sheepishly admits making Aemond chuckle.

"Do you remember what you did?" Aemond pressed, hands rubbing against her thighs still as a way of encouragement. It truly only served to distract her.
