"Back off you blasted things! Take that!" Sarah turned and gasped as she saw a familiar little goblin in the distance fighting those annoying little creatures that decided to swarm him.

"Hoggle?" Sarah stared and widened her eyes as she saw that familiar pouch still dangling but just underneath armor. "Quick Xerxes! We must help Hoggle!"

Xerxes tilted his head back in confusion. "Who?"

"He's an old friend. He's over there! Quick!" Xerxes nodded and made his way over to the little goblin and started to clear them away, however Hoggle was shrouded in these tiny creatures still as the others were moved.

Sarah watched anxiously as they crawled and climbed on her old friend who still slung and fought them off. Their numbers grew as time went on until an idea struck her. "Xerxes, are all the allies moved?"

Xerxes scanned the area and nodded. "Except for your friend." Sarah closed her eyes and relaxed. "Xerxes I need you to blow your fire."

Xerxes tilted back quickly eyeing Sarah. "He could die if I do."

Sarah slowly stroked Xerxes neck to comfort him. "Trust me Xerxes."

Xerxes sighed, "As you command, my Queen."

Xerxes' chest rumbled and glowed as he tilted his head back to blow his flames, as he did so Sarah concentrated on Hoggle and imagined a shield encasing him. As Xerxes blew, Hoggle stood stunned as he watched a blue wall form around him as the flames engulfed the creatures. In amazement, as the flames dispersed, the wall faded. Xerxes chuckled as Sarah slid off of his back and ran to Hoggle.

"Hoggle!" She yelled as she wrapped her arms around him. "Sarah!" Hoggle gasped in shock as he felt her embraced.

"It's good to see you Hoggle." She exclaimed as she pulled away only to notice another creature coming toward them but was quickly swept away by Xerxes.

"Hoggle what are you doing here?"

Hoggle laughed and patted her back. "I should say the same but we have no time now. We can catch up later." Sarah nodded as she looked back at the troops fighting. She closed her eyes again and imagined a sword in her hand. As she opened her eyes a sword formed long and bright. It was lightweight but strong. It had bright blue orbs dotting the handle that was made with smooth silver. Hoggle's eyes widened in surprise as he watched the miracle unfold.

"So it is true then.. You are the chosen one.."

Sarah looked at Hoggle and smiled. "Come on, let's show Dracius who is boss."

Hoggle chuckled and gripped his sword as he ran into battle. Sarah turned to Xerxes and nodded for him to stay close as they joined her friend. Slicing through the enemies before them.

Screams and groans can be heard as those who grew tired were struck with swords and arrows. The dragons continued to help as they could while the troops danced around them. Sarah looked around to the sheer number of those black creatures that seemed to have no end, before looking back to Xerxes.

"XERXES!" She yelled as she fought her way to him. Xerxes turned his attention to the maiden before him. "When I say, tell the dragons to use their flames!" Xerxes' eyes widened as he looked around at the sheer number of allies that swarmed them. "Are you sure, my Queen?" Sarah closed her eyes and stood firm before looking back to him again. "Yes!"

Xerxes watched Sarah as she closed her eyes forming a blue shield that shrouded her, blocking attacks from every enemy that surrounded her. Then one by one, every ally had a shield shrouding them. Sarah opened her eyes; they glowed a bright blue as a pulsating light shrouded her. Xerxes watched in awe at the spectacle until she yelled out. "NOW!"
